A guy on YouTube named Sean Chandler just made a list of the Top 10 Best and Worst Pixar Movies in his opinion:
Top 10 Best: #10 - Up (2009) #9 - Inside Out (2015) #8 - WALL-E (2008) #7 - Toy Story 2 (1999) #6 - Monsters, Inc. (2001) #5 - Toy Story 3 (2010) #4 - The Incredibles (2004) #3 - The Incredibles II (2018) #2 - Toy Story (1995) #1 - Finding Nemo (2003)
Top 10 Worst: #10 - Coco (2017) #9 - Ratatouille (2007) #8 - Cars (2006) #7 - Finding Dory (2016) #6 - Monsters University (2013) #5 - Cars 3 (2017) #4 - A Bug’s Life (1998) #3 - The Good Dinosaur (2015) #2 - Brave (2012) #1 - Cars 2 (2011)
Sounds like his opinion on the worst is identical to the universal opinion, but most people might rank the best ones in a different order.

Here is another Top 10 from WatchMojo that I think needs discussion: The Top 10 Worst Animated Movies: 10 - Delgo (2008) 9 - Happily N’Ever After (2007) 8 - Sir Billi (2012) 7 - Eight Crazy Nights (2002) 6 - Norm of the North (2016) 5 - Strange Magic (2015) 4 - Space Chimps 2: Zartog Strikes Back (2010) 3 - Pocahontas II: Journey to a New World (1998) 2 - Foodfight! (2012) 1 - Titanic: The Legend Goes On (2001) Dishonorable Mentions: Tom & Jerry: The Movie (1992) The Nut Job (2014) Shark Tale (2004) I must say this list is flawed on so many levels. I think this list is based more on their opinion rather than the universal opinion. While I will agree most of these do indeed deserve to be on this list, a few of them aren’t that bad, and a couple I’ve never even heard of. Here are some titles that definitely should have made the list: - The Emoji Movie (2017) - The Legend Of Titanic (1999) - Tentacolino (2004) - Mars Needs Moms (2011) - A Troll in Central Park (1994) - Chicken Little (2005) - Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2 (2013) - Hoodwinked Too! (2011) - Alpha and Omega (2010) - Belle’s Magical World (1998) - Atlantis: Milo’s Return (2003) - The Hunchback Of Norte Dame II (2000) - Escape from Planet Earth (2013) - Sherlock Gnomes (2018) - The Wild (2006) - The Wild Life (2016) - Where the Dead Go to Die (2012) Would you agree, Trey_Vore?

I'm surprised Nut Job got a dishonorable mention instead of Nut Job 2, wasn't that one worse?

In my opinion, it was, Race. Trey_Vore made a couple lists of the Top 10 90’s Cartoons that he think have aged well and aged poorly. I’ve decided in contrast to make my own list of those. Keep in mind: These are not based on the quality of the show. They are based on how well I think future generations of kids will enjoy them without feeling confused. Top 10 90’s Cartoons That Aged Well: #10 - 2 Stupid Dogs (1993) #9 - The Angry Beavers (1997) #8 - Darkwing Duck (1991) #7 - Animaniacs (1993) #6 - X-Men (1992) #5 - The Powerpuff Girls (1998) #4 - Sonic the Hedgehog (SatAM) (1993) #3 - Tiny Toon Adventures (1990) #2 - Dexter’s Laboratory (1996) #1 - Batman: The Animated Series (1992) Top 10 90’s Cartoons That Aged Poorly: #10 - The Mask (1995) #9 - Waynehead (1996) #8 - Donkey Kong Country (1997) #7 - 101 Dalmatians: The Series (1997) #6 - My Little Pony Tales (1992) #5 - Goof Troop (1992) #4 - Quack Pack (1996) #3 - Little Shop (1991) #2 - Hammer Man (1991) #1 - Yo, Yogi! (1991) Let me know if you have any questions regarding my choices.

How did 101 age poorly? They didn't go too deep on topical jokes, technology that dated itself fast, or politics that don't fly anymore.
I would argue Animaniacs has aged very badly. As someone who saw both as a kid and an adult when you're an adult you finally understand all the jokes but they are dated to 1995.

Well, here are a few things as to how 101 D aged poorly: - The main pups have typical 90’s kids attitudes. - The animation could have been better. - It contradicts the movie on so many levels. - The technology used on this show is extremely dated. Old TV’s, audio cassette players, computers that use floppy disks. (Seriously, floppy disks became obsolete more than a decade ago. There are kids today who don’t even know what the image of the “Save” icon in Microsoft Office is supposed to be!)
As for Animaniacs, while I will admit there are some sketches that are a bit dated by today’s standards like “Yakko’s World” and the Presidents Song, as well as some sketches that poke fun at modern pop culture that was new at the time, you gotta admit it was overall a brilliant show. I enjoyed it as a kid, and when I revisited it 20 years later, it still holds up. It’s definitely entertaining and influential.

Then The Simpsons's older episodes would have aged badly just because:
-The kids play 8-bit video games -No one has a cell phone -Homer is clearly seen watching home movies on a VHS cassette -How come no one gots da Internets? -Why is the TV so fat? -Do kids still have blackboard punishments?
No one complains though. What you're describing isn't "dated" or "having aged badly"; it's an "Unintentional Period Piece". Agreeing with what RaceFanX said, this was taken from it's page on TV Tropes:
Tiny Toon Adventures is laden with contemporary early 90's pop culture references, very much in keeping with the tradition set by Looney Tunes. Whether Tiny Toon's humor manages to still work as well without the context of the reference like Looney Tunes accomplished is debatable. Other Warner Bros. cartoons of the period also made many pop culture references, such as Pinky and the Brain's penchant for lampooning political figures of the time or some Animaniacs episodes ("Baloney and Kids" made two jokes about the Tonya Harding/Nancy Kerrigan fiasco of 1994).
Also:
-"Yakko's World" was dated even when it first aired; the song's writers must have been using a map from 1989, since it mentions Czechoslovakia, doesn't mention states that broke away from "Russia" or Yugoslavia, and refers to Cambodia as "Kampuchea". "Both Yemens" even reunited five months before both Germanys did. Not to mention the changes since then, like Zaire becoming the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
There is also no "North Korea/South Korea" or a "South Sudan".
Furthering the issue is these posts:
-Celebrity Deathmatch. From promoting Anna Kournikova and Elizabeth Hurley as the internet's top two pinups, to billing the long-separated Bruce Willis/Demi Moore and Tom Cruise/Nicole Kidman as two of Hollywood's biggest power couples, to featuring a fight between Bill Clinton and Kenneth Starr to finally settle the Lewinsky scandal, it is impossible for Celebrity Deathmatch to escape the turn-of-the-New-Millennium time period in which it aired. The show's pop culture reference-based humor is extremely dated and many of the celebrities featured are now far past their fame. To millennials who don't have a decent understanding of late '90s pop culture, this show is a hard watch.
-South Park, much like The Boondocks, got its start in the '90s, but its turn towards more pop culture and political humor in the '00s caused it to grow closely associated with the decade. Its extremely short lead time, with only six days between the writing of an episode and its air date, allows for very precise and topical humor that often becomes dated in less than a year. The episode "Osama bin Laden Has Farty Pants" (the first post-9/11 episode) has people worrying about anthrax attacks. Plus, with Osama bin Laden's death in 2011...

I think Trey makes a good point, there. A Show is more than its aesthetics, as the Audience is usually more focused on the Characters and the Story.
The Goofy Movie does have a strong Nineties feel to it, but that is considered as a Classic by many, mostly cause of the relationship between Goofy & Max!
Other examples, I can list, are how, in the first Generation of Transformers, one of the Decepticons transforms in a Walk Man! I do not see any one having any large issues with that. Or, With Beast Wars, while one can easily see its Early Made For Television C G I, it is still considered high up, when it comes to Transformers Shows, cause of its Character and Stories.
Or, a Large Number of Shows, from the Eighties or Nineties, where some one needs to use a Phone Booth! I do not see others judging a Show for that, either.
Like Trey & I post, there is more to a Show than its aesthetics, and You can not really seriously judge a Show for not Knowing what technology was going to be like, Twenty Years after it was made!
For Top Ten Lists, I Know that Linkara has Top Fifteen Lists. Is it Okay, if I post them in this Page!?

I didn’t know you liked all these shows, Trey. I will say, while I don’t really care much for most of the shows on your list, they are definitely among the most highly-acclaimed cartoons of the 2000’s (with the exception of Tranaformers Animated). The honorable mentions I think are more your opinion, so I guess that’s why you put them as honorable mentions. Also, Robot Chicken was 2005, not 2002. Though a couple other shows I personally would have added are: Total Drama Sheep in the Big City Martha Speaks Clifford’s Puppy Days I’m sure once the 2010’s are over, we’ll be seeing a list for that as well.
