I don't understand why so many people on this board are obsessed with Rebecca. What is it about one-shot-only characters and background characters that makes them so special?

I think it is because since we as an audience havn't seen much of these characters and don't get to fully learn their personality since the series just focused on only 3 pups and a chicken (i thought the name of the show was 101 Dalmatians?) , we wish to find out more about them. They have mystery in their character to which we want to find out. Thats my guess  |

Well, as a viewer myself, I've gotten so used to seeing Lucky, Cadpig and Rolly that I learned to love them. They were all I needed, and I really had no interest in finding out more from other characters.
