As many of us know, there are a couple video games based off of the franchise: Escape from De Vil Manor and 102 Dalmatians: Puppies to the Rescue. But did you know that there's also a game based off of Patch's London Adventure? I saw a clip from that game, and to be honest, I don't think the game was even official Disney license. I don't mean to give anything away, but there was a lack of introduction, the opening cutscene looked like it was fanmade, there was no background music, and the sound effects sucked. Here's a link to it: www.youtube.com/watch?v=3y_rNzR4vlURight now, I'm trying to determine where the other two games fall into the 101D timeline. I'm guessing the 102D game comes after the movie, but the game still has a lot of contradiction: I thought in the movie, Dipstick only had three puppies, but in this one, he had a whole bunch of puppies; also, where is Little Dipper? I'm also wonderous as to where Escape from De Vil Manor falls into the timeline. If anyone can answer these questions for me, I'd appreciate it.

101D2: The Game was real, it was just done on the cheap. It came out about the same time as the movie but the fact that it was PS1-exclusive long after the PS2 had taken over the market makes me think they didn't think much of it. That had to be one of if not the last games released that was PS1 exclusive.

Well from watching that I'd say that's a fake videogame (and of course no Disney license).

I pretty much thought at first it was a fake because it doesn't feel like a complete game. That, and I never saw it in stores. But if Race says it's real, then I'll take his word for it.

Well, "Escape From Devil Manor" is actually, the Computer game in which, Roger makes at the climax of the, "Live Action" film. (E.G. With the Mine Cart and blowing the, Cruella up. X3) So, I guess that is like, you're playing a game from the "101 Dalmatians" verse. X3
"102 Dalmatians: Puppies To The Rescue", I say that it is a weird mix. I mean, here it seems, Cruella is with, Horace, Jasper & Le Pelt, She met, Le Pelt in the "102 Dalmatians" "Live Action" film and she wasn't married to her, "Internet Husband" there. So I guess it comes after the, "Live Action" film. Sort of like saying...Between her getting baked in the factory and, Alonso showing up to the, "Dogs Home" with the, Cheque & Oddball seeing some spots (She is still spotless within the game). X3
Still, I find that "102 Dalmatians: Puppies To The Rescue" is a very good game, (You can notice it with my, "Let's Play" ) with good amounts of, Roaming, Platforming & Puzzle Solving, It's one of, Disneys best game, if not the best, Disney game there. *Hugs* X3
For, "Escape From Devil Manor", That is a pretty good game too. It's mainly more, Puzzle Solving and actually makes you feel like a real pup trying to, Escape the Manor, as, the first time you play, you're not going to know how to do so, so you need to check about everywhere. You can check multiple routes, set traps for, Horace & Jasper (along with making sure they don't catch you) along with looking at secrets and being chased by, Cruella in the, Mines. X3
Still, I say, "101 Dalmatians" have, VERY Good games and they are definately along the top of the list for, best, Disney games there. *Hugs* X3

Speaking of the games, it sucks that "Patch's London Adventure" exists only as a Play Station game, and I don't have Play Station. But though, if I saw that game in any store, I would buy it just for the collection, although I don't have what to play it on. ;D Escape from DeVil manor is a contradiction to the movies, because it shows a totally different way of stopping Cruella and ruining her evil plans down. So, as Bab says, it's probably just a game designed by Roger in the live action movie. Though, I wish it had such a good graphical design as in the movie, for example more details in the background around Patches & Wizzer. I like the game, especially the creepy interiors of the Hell Hall. In the animated movie, Tibs & Colonel describe Hell Hall as a creepy place, something worse than a haunted house, but when you get there, it's... not so scary at all ;D The game "Escape from DeVil manor" makes the Hell Hall really scary from inside. I would even say that young children, who this game was really made for, could really get creeped out by some items from there. Maybe the best thing of the game is that you can't get killed, there is no "Game over" (which is something I completely despise in the game world). But something what I would call a disadvantage is that if you know just one little detail (flowerpot), you can go through the whole game, from the beginning to the ending, in 10 minutes. 102D-PTTR is a more exciting game than EFDVM, gives many different characters and ambients, and I would call it a little mix of everything. I like to see live-action characters with their physical appearance based on the animated movie. It was cool to see an animated version of Jean-Pierre LePelt and Fluffy. But why the hell does Cruella have grey skin, like a zombie?! The same thing they did on the "Platinum edition" DVD of the animated movie. I think it's stupid. As much as Cruella is evil, she is still a human and it's pointless to show her as a zombie. And it's true, Oddball's spotless fur is a contradiction to the live action movie, and, like Belchic said, where the hell is Little Dipper?! But that's all good, after all. The only thing I dislike about this game is that sometimes you have to try some thing many times to finally succeed. For example, in "Big ben" level, if you fall down from one spinning thing, you have to go from the beginning again. That's something what I hate, it drove me out of my nerves. Well, some things like that were in the other levels too. And I dislike the fact that you have a limited amount of lives, and if you lose them, you have to start the whole level from the beginning. Though, this is not a critique to this game, because most of the games in the world are made like that. But that's something what I generally hate about the games, which is why I play games really very seldom. I am a too impatient and neurotical person to try one thing many times without succeeding to do it, even in the games. But anyway, I played the whole 102D-PTTR game, because it's about Disney's Dalmatians which I really love a lot. Speaking of the games, I would also mention "101 Dalmatians Animated Storybook" which hasn't been mentioned here yet. Though not so famous, it's a version of 101D story for itself, along with Dodie Smith's THAOD novel, animated movie, live action movie and EFDVM. "Animated storybook" is not based completely on the animated, neither on live action movie, but it's a mixture of both of them. Although the story is based more on the live action movie, the characters look more like their animated version. Some of the elements from the live action movies are Roger as a video designer, Anita as a fashion designer in House of DeVil, Cruella's outfits, Alonso, Cruella getting tortured by barn animals, Cruella ending up in jail... Some of the elements from the animated movies are physical appearance of the characters, Roger and Anita falling together into the pond, puppies watching Thunderbolt, a VHS of the animated movie, puppies getting covered with soot... I liked to see animated versions of some of Cruella's live-action outfits. However, live-action ones look much more fabulous and cool. But I liked to see the animated version of Alonso in "House of DeVil" scene. I think that this game is the only version which offers us an animated design of Cruella's butler. What I didn't like about this game is that it doesn't mention the name of any single puppy except Lucky. Lucky is the only Dalmatian pup mentioned by his name in this game.

Eeeeh Bab, who is CHEQUE? and who is Cruella's "internet husband"? A Cheque is that piece of paper in which you write a certain amount of, Money on and people can cash it at the pay area. It's what, Cruella attempts to give, Roger & Anita when trying to get the, Puppies at, Birth along with what she writes when she attempts to get the, Dearly Farm in, "Home Is Where The Bark Is". X3 Alsonso gives a, Cheque to the, Dogs Home when, Oddball gets her, Spots in,"102 Dalmatians" saying the amount of, Money that the, Homes are receiving. X3 Does that explain what a, Cheque is for you, Cuddly? *Hugs* X3 Also, Cruellas "Internet Husband" is the, Professor. Cruella calls him her, "Dot Com Darling" meaning that they met or got together via the, Internet. X3 See what I mean, Cuddly? *Hugs* X3 Also, A big hint in which I can tell. "Escape From Devil Manor" is the game, Roger creates in the, "Live Action" Film because the, Mine Cart scene with, Explosives for, Cruella. Along with the, Trailer for the game actually saying it is, "Rogers Game from the, "Live Action" Film. X3

Oh yeah, I know what is a cheque, but as you wrote it with a capital letter C, I thought it was a character with that nickname.
And that guy "Dot com Darling", is he the one who falls into the glue with Cruella at the end of 102D-PTTR game?

And that guy "Dot com Darling", is he the one who falls into the glue with Cruella at the end of 102D-PTTR game? Yeah, That is the, Professor type guy, whom makes the, Stuff in the, Factory. X3 Be fair on the, Platforming Areas, At least it doesn't hurt you when you fall from the, high areas and there are not some, Instant Live Drops. I say, "102 Dalmatians: Puppies To The Rescue" is a, Very, Good Game with a, Good Share of, Platforming, Puzzle Solving along with, Good Controls and Nice, Variations with, Levels. X3 Definately one of if not, The Best, Disney games there. *Hugs* X3 I am planning on checking a, "Let's Play" on, "Escape From Devil Manor", however I am checking for programs to, Record the Game and having it run smooth. X3 Still, "101 Dalmatians" definately do have some, Awesome games. *Hugs* X3

To be honest, I haven't played any of the 102 Dalmatians video games mainly because I just didn't care for the movie.
Watching the video that Belchic just showed us...
Yes, that game is real. I've seen it on store shelves--I also remember there being a game about Lilo and Stitch that was released for the PS1 and that was back in 2002. What I'm going to say is it reminds me somewhat of the SNES game Beethoven. I mean, Patch shakes and barks like in that one SNES game. He also has a roll much like Cub Simba in the SNES/Genesis game The Lion King.
I said it once and I'll say it again: I REALLY think there should have been a video game about the series.
One more thing I'll mention about that video is...well, I don't think I get why Patch is making that plodding sound everytime he takes a step...?

My family has the Puppies to the Rescue game. We used to play it all the time and we eventually beat it, but even after we finished the game I used to play it all the time, and I'm really starting to miss it after reading this thread!

I haven't really played escape from devil manor, but I think it's a very good game and quite an enjoyable one. I've been looking for it on the internet but I can't find it. *Sighs* I'm planning to buy it on Amazon.com (It's worth 19$ or something) but there's just one teensy little problem: I DON'T HAVE PAYPAL OR A CREDIT CARD!!! *Sighs Again* Maybe when I'm older, I can buy this game.
101 Dalmatians Animated Storybook, same issue. I dying to play this two games...
101 Dalmatians II: Patch's London Adventure, yeah, there is a tie-in game for that movie. It's just not recognized and exclusively for ps-one only. The gameplay is like that of 102 Dalmatians:Puppies to the rescue but unlike the "revolving" line-of-sight of the puppies, the game is one-angled only. Though it follows the storyline completely.
102 Dalmatians:Puppies To The Rescue, as I said in my profiles in Wikia and DevianArt, I love playing this game. Oddball and Domino make the perfect duo. Though Little Dipper is nowhere to be seen. I've been working on making a whole playthrough for this game and posting it on youtube.
So, yeah, I agree that they should have made an official tie-in game for the series. It was a good series, it's too bad it only aired for a year or two? And everybody will love playing this game... Well, there goes my insights about 101 Dalmatians games.
