Like Shawn & I mention, Belchic, the film has been released a few days ago in the UK. The Credits do say it's partly a BBC Production, so I guess that could explain it.
It does make a nice change from the UK usually being the las country to get a Film though, eh?

If you guys saw Saving Mr. Banks, there is a poster for the original animated movie on one of the walls when Pamela Travers goes to object to Walt Disney about the dancing penguin sequence.

You also see it when Walt's Secretary comes to say that Travers is dancing to; "Let's Go Fly A Kite" too. I think if you look closely at the background during Walt & Travers first meeting, you can see a Cruella model in the background.
See those? ;3

However, During it, I spotted Pongo and both Horace & Jasper have speaking roles in Cowboy Attire! www.youtube.com/watch?v=q8uVJlO5we0You see them too? ;3

Apparently, there's this Anime called Detective Conan and at one point, they're in what looks like a Figurine Store. A female character picks up a Dog one and guesses it's a Dalmatian, before asking whether there was a Movie about them. I believe Conan responds; "If you're talking about that, it's 1-0-1!" I believe this is the screen cap of the scene. Anyone seen this Anime?

I was watching a small clip from; "The Forgotten" and I happen to notice when the leading lady looks at a photo of her son, he's wearing a "101 Dalmatians" Top, as evident with the Pup on a chest pocket.
Any Pup catch that?

I just found out that for the Queen's Eightieth Birthday, in 2006, they has this special; "Children's Party At The Palace", which featured a bunch of British Children's characters, such as Peter Pan, Harry Potter, Tracy Beaker, Etc.
And even Cruella was amongst them (dressed in what appears to be her dress on the "102 Dalmatians" Poster) and she is played by Amanda Redman. Anyone recall seeing that, when it aired, in the UK?

I don't know if this one has been discussed yet, but I thought I'd share it:
In the movie, Spaceballs, towards the end when LoneStarr and Barf are watching the news report about the death of Pizza the Hut, at one point, the news reporter makes mention of "Pongo". According to Mel Brooks' commentary of the film, he was intentionally referring to Pongo from 101 Dalmatians.
Any thoughts on that, pups?

I think I see a homage to; "101 Dalmatians" in the recent Doctor Who episode! At one point, he takes a horse and seems to express that the Human of the Animal is the Pet. Similar to how the humans are considered the pets in; "101 Dalmatians".
That one, Pups? =3

I wonder if this counts.
In Fraiser, his assistant, Roz gets a Dalmatian Pup, and much to the surprise of Martin, the Dalmatian Pup is called Ariel (because Roz Daughter wishing that name) despite the fact the Dalmatian is Male. Given that Ariel gets the name from a Disney Movie, is it possible that the reason it's a Dalmatian is also a Homage to; "101 Dalmatians"?
What you think, Pups? =3
