I was thinking, since we're all working together on a 101 Dalmatians Wiki page, why don't we do one for TV Tropes as well. I mean, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic has so many pages on that site dedicated to it including each individual episode, dark horse characters, and numerous pages listing the tropes associated with it. So what do you say? You guys up to trying this?

There is a "101 Dalmatians The Series" page on TVTropes! ;3 Although, it's about the Disney incarnation of "101 Dalmatians" as a whole. tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Disney/OneHundredAndOneDalmatiansDo you mean trying to do it so each episode has it's own page then? Sure, I like that idea and be willing to give it a try. =3 Any other, Pups in?

I'm glad you like the idea of giving the series the same treatment MLP is getting with other pages like episode guides, ensemble dark horses, etc. The only con I see is how the staff of the website would react to this. They might delete everything we contribute and send us PM's explaining our disgraceful moves. The reason MLP has all this stuff on TV Tropes is because it's huge and popular, unlike 101 Dalmatians, which half of us here on the board aren't going to be able to watch on television anyway.

It may help give people reason to watch the show.

I thought I would share that 101 Dalmatians: the Series does have a listing under their "Needs More Love" page. Here's the blurb:
101 Dalmatians: The Series was a hilarious, cute, and well-written show, yet hardly anyone payed attention to it. Although the continuity was a lot different from the previous films in the franchise (Or the book), it still manages to be a great show, but was sadly eclipsed by the other shows played on One Saturday Morning at the time. Sharing the same timeslot with Animaniacs didn't help, either. It's a really good show that deserves a second look, but the edited versions of the episodes on Disney Junior don't give it any justice.
Makes me glad people can now see it on Disney+.

I’m glad to see someone else agreed with me. That’s actually what I’ve been trying to tell babclayman for so many years, and yet every time I do, he throws a fit and acts as if I’m telling him he’s forbidden to like the show. I don’t know what’s up with that.

I was going to say in addition to that could be because of its time slot. The show was initially promoted as a Saturday morning cartoon on ABC, but it was still being eclipsed by Recess, Pepper Ann, and even Doug (even though the latter had already been around for a while). Part of the reason why it could have fallen under the radar is because during its first initial run, it aired at 7:00AM, and no kid is going to get up that early on Saturday morning! The series also aired weekday afternoons in syndication. To be more precise, weekdays at 5:00PM (at least that’s when it came on in my area), which is a far more convenient time slot as that’s after school and gives kids plenty of time to finish their homework and be able to watch it before dinner. The only problem with the syndicated time slot is it wasn’t promoted very well. In fact, it was hardly promoted at all! Catching the show then would be sheer luck! It’s as if Disney was trying to make this show a failure! It just blows my mind! It’s like what were they thinking? Hopefully, with it being on Disney+ fully intact now, it’ll finally get the recognition it deserves and become its own cult classic.

It also was a victim of being pre-empted for sporting events, the fact that at the time the FCC was dictating that because times were changing and the world was becoming a lot less friendly than it used to be kids were safer inside and now TV stations had to start airing at least 3 hours of educational programming (which was more or less the end of kids cartoons being viewed as plotless chase cartoons like Looney Tunes and Tom and Jerry), and the fact that Princess Di, the Duchess of Wales, was tragically killed in a car crash so a lot of attention was devoted to that news headline.
It's a lot more recognizable now than it was then, however.

Oh yeah. I actually remember that. Sometimes the syndicated time slot was replaced with a sporting event. I remember every week checking the TV Guide to make sure it was playing every day that week so I wouldn’t miss an episode, and if it wasn’t airing on a certain day, I would skip it.
Same case went for the Saturday Morning slot. Sometimes, 101 Dalmatians and Jungle Cubs didn’t air in their normal time slots, and if they didn’t, they would instead play at 11:00 and 11:30 respectively the following Sunday morning.
The Princess Diana death happened on Labor Day Weekend of that year. I remember on that following Saturday Morning, ABC canceled its entire One Saturday Morning schedule in favor of coverage on the tragedy. Why they chose to broadcast it during the one time of the week where kids and not adults were watching is beyond me though. That only lasted one week, though; I didn’t know it lead to a year’s worth of riots!
Also, while the show may be more recognizable now thanks to the Internet, it is still being overshadowed greatly by more popular cartoons like SpongeBob Squarepants, the Simpsons, Steven Universe, the list goes on.
