I'm not getting screen for accepting contact requests. Where is it, exactly? Can I access it outside of having another screen pop up?

For some reason it hasn't popped up  I'm in a chat with someone and I have three contacts, one of which I had to add manually because the screen didn't come up for them, either. |

Logging out and logging in did the trick xD everything's good now.
