Okay, lately, I have been fed up with TV canceling a lot of my favorite shows, and of course, bringing back 101 Dalmatians just to censor it. So that's why I decided to come up with my own TV station where the lineup is entirely made of all my favorite cartoon series' from the past 30 years. I had a hard time coming up with a name for this network, but I think I finally decided on one: "Toonostalgia!" Does that sound like a clever name? If at all possible, I would love for this network to become a reality, and these shows that I am about to list will be the only shows they will ever play, and they will never change their lineup in any way:

Now, for some explanations on why I chose this particular lineup:
As you may notice, there is a wide variety of different shows made for different age groups and manufactured by different companies.
You may notice that all the shows that are made for adults and the Animes are broadcasted in the wee hours of the morning, and the Animes are also being shown on Sunday nights. That's because that is most likely the time when little kids aren't watching, so that's probably the safest time to air them.
Also, you may notice how I planned out the schedule of the day. The stuff that is made for very young children airs early in the morning, while the stuff targeted at older kids air later in the evening. You may also notice that some shows only air on weekends, some only on weekdays, and some air all seven days. Well, I did a calculation based on how many episodes each series has, and the shows that contain more episodes should air more often, while the shows with fewer episodes air less often. Any shows I find with a good number of episodes and I think are worthy enough to air weekdays and weekends I have air on all seven days.
Now, on this network, all shows that are broadcasted will have all episodes intact, and they will be completely uncut.
On this network, before every show begins, there will be a little station bumper that will end with one specific character from that particular show popping out and saying, "Toonostalgia!" (If you want to know which character comes out for any of the shows I listed, let me know, and I'll tell you.) Then after that, there will be a brief interlude telling you about the show's rating. Here's what they will say for each:
TV-Y: The following program is rated TV-Y; it has been approved for children of all ages.
TV-Y7: The following program is rated TV-Y7, because it contains some material that may not be appropriate for children under 7.
TV-G: The following program is rated TV-G; it has been approved for general audiences.
TV-PG: The following program is rated TV-PG; viewer descression is advised.
TV-14: The following program is rated TV-14, for it contains some material that may not be appropriate for viewers under 14.
TV-MA: The following program is rated TV-MA, for it is not reccomended for viewers under 17.
Now, I know what a lot of you are thinking right now. It would not be possible for anything like this to happen. The main reason being that all the shows I listed are all owned by different companies like Disney, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, Teletoon, 20th Century Fox, 4Kids, Warner Bros., etc. So obviously, to make a station like this, one would have to purchase the rights to air these shows from all those different companies. I'm sure most companies might not care considering how old and obscure some of them may be, or they could possibly be in the public domain if the companies went out of business.
There could be the possibility that some of these major companies may not want their name branded on the shows if they air on other networks. For example, I remember when 101 Dalmatians was in production and was airing on ABC and syndication; I remember the Saturday morning show ended with the Walt Disney Studios logo because ABC was owned by Disney, however the syndicated weekday afternoon show ended with the Buena Vista logo because that network was not a Disney-owned station. So in this case, the Disney shows could end with the Buena Vista logo, the Nickelodeon and Comedy Central shows could end with the Viacom logo, etc. Speaking of logos, the logos that show at the end of each show will actually be the current version that company's logo, and not the version that was shown during the time of that show's production.
But anyway, I know it's kind of a rambling way of saying it, but there's Toonostalgia for you. I hope you were all amused by this. If this network ever does become a reality, I would so totally watch it, keep it in my favorites on my DirecTV, and cherrish it for life!
