Here's an rp I did with Shadow through pm's. This is part one.
***
One summer day, in a house in Dearly Farm, a female Dalmatian pup is sitting on a bed in one of the bedrooms and looking into a book of fairy tales. This female Dalmatian pup is regularly spotted, has two solid black ears with a blue ribbon tied to a bow on each one, has long eyelashes, and wears a blue collar with a yellow circle tag.
"It was all a dream, wasn't it?" she said to herself, flipping through the pages of the book. "Being in a variety of fairy tales and interacting with the characters who look a lot like the Dalmatians I know right here in the real world?"
She continued flipping through the pages, looking into one fairy tale after another, and also wondering if she really will ever live happily ever after with Patch and away from her mother.
Just then Priscilla heard some footsteps coming closer to her. When the door creaked, a Dalmatian pup with star shaped spots who wore a black cape walked into the room. The pup was known as Shadow.
"Heya Priscilla, how's it going with you?" Shadow asked as he pulled himself onto the bed. "Ooooooh you have a storybook with you? I never knew you liked books!" he smiled wagging his tail.
"Aaaaah books, they're nice and full of entertainment!"
Priscilla turned herself away from the book and directly to Shadow.
"Good morning, Shadow," she said. "I'm looking through this book of fairy tales. Last night, I had a dream that I got sucked into a book and had to get through fairy tales to get out. It was an amazing adventure I had in that dream."
"Ooooooooh sucked into a book you say?" Shadow wagged his tail as Priscilla gained his attention about going inside books. As he eyed the book Priscilla was reading, he immediately recognised the book. The book was indeed his magic book.
"Ummm, Priscilla, this may sound crazy...but that book you're reading, is my magic book." he chuckled.
Priscilla was stunned at what she just heard from Shadow. She looked down at the book and back at Shadow again.
"A magic book?" said Priscilla, surprised. "This is a magic book, and it's yours?"
Priscilla closed the book and flipped it over a couple of times to take a good look at the covers and the spine.
"Well, Shadow," said Priscilla, "this may sound just as crazy, but the book I got sucked into in that dream I had last night looked exactly like this one. And I never saw this book for real until a few minutes after I woke up this morning."
"Hehehehe it's my magic book indeed" Shadow smiled to Priscilla, knowing she was reading his magic book. "And my magic book is for everyone" he added giggling. "Heheheh, it looks like your dream told you something, that magic books exist."
Shadow then blossomed an idea "Priscilla, how about I give you a treat? How about you come with me into the book and I'll introduce you to the book? ^_^" he then asked.
Priscilla blinked and opened her eyes in surprise when she heard Shadow ask her about going with him into the book.
"Me? Go with you into that book? For real?" she asked. "Can that all really happen?"
Shadow chuckled as he gently patted Priscilla on her back. "Of course it's possible to go into my book Priscilla, my dear" Shadow smiled "All you need to do is say the magic words, Shadow Power, and you can go into my book." he chuckled as he explained the book's magic to Priscilla. "And once inside, you can do anything you want!"
Shadow then smiled and looked over to Priscilla's hind feet "Are your toes tingling about the thought of actually being sucked into a book?" he asked, wagging his tail.
"Sort of," said Priscilla, looking down at her hind paws questioningly. "I'm thinking of what things we can do and who we would see in the book when we get in. I would be very surprised if we meet any fairy tale characters that look a lot like our friends."
"Well, there's only one way to find out!" Shadow giggled as he gently took the magic book from Priscilla and opened it. He then placed a paw on the pages making the book glow white. Shadow then handed the book back to Priscilla.
"Remember what I've told you how to enter my book " Shadow winked to Priscilla and then eyed towards the glowing book.
"Got it," said Priscilla, nodding her head, and she looked down at the glowing pages of the magic book. "Shadow Power!"
Soon after Priscilla said the magic words, Shadow and Priscilla were sucked into the magic book.
"Coooooooooool!" Shadow said in awe as his body stretched as he was sucked into his magic book.
"Yeeeeeaaaaahhh!" said Priscilla, her body stretching just like Shadow's.
Priscilla then ended up landing on a bed with pink pillows and bedspread. She stood on all fours and looked around to see where she ended up in. It is a small circular room with only one open part, which is a window.
"Could this be...?" Priscilla started to ask, but then hopped off the bed and ran over to the window to take a peek outside to see if she is really in where she thought she is.
With her head out the window, Priscilla looked down to find out that it is a long way down from where she is now. There isn't even a ladder of any kind near the window to get out of the room.
"Shadow!" Priscilla called out as she ran back to the middle of the room. "It worked!"
"Priscilla, I welcome you into my magic book!" Shadow smiled to Priscilla "If anything you don't like, you could change it to your liking ^^"
"Right now, judging by how we're in a tower of some sort, I say this is Rapunzel." he smiled "Guess who's Rapunzel" he giggled.
"I know who Rapunzel is, Shadow," said Priscilla. "She has very, very, very long hair, and she was kept in a tower just like this one. This room is exactly what it is. It's the tower that Rapunzel was kept in."
Priscilla then spotted a trunk and went over to open it and looked though the stuff inside it to look for something that is long enough to safely climb out of the window of the tower.
"I don't see Rapunzel in this tower," she said, pulling long pieces of rope out of the trunk, "so I'll just knot these pieces of rope together so we can climb down from the tower and have a look around other places."
"Good plan Priscilla!" Shadow smiled walking over to the chest as well. "Do you want some help tying the rope up or you got it handled?" he then asked.
"Hehhee I can't wait to check this out. There's so much to do inside a book!" he smiled, wagging his tail.
"Yes, Shadow, I would like some help," said Priscilla, and she handed Shadow some of the pieces of rope. "Here."
Priscilla then started working on the other pieces of rope.
"So, what do you think we will see next after we get out of this tower?" she asked Shadow as she tied some of the pieces of rope into one long piece.
Shadow smiled and grabbed part of the rope and began tying it into one long piece of rope as Priscilla did the same.
"Hmmmmmmmm, you know what might be a good idea?" Shadow asked, wagging his tail "If we'd be surprised when we land in many different stories!" he giggled. "I like to be surprised when it comes to things like this!"
"Well, we might have ourselves some surprises along the way," said Priscilla, and she threw one end of the knotted rope out the window and tied the other end to one of the bed legs. "How about we go to the forest? It's the only place I could see from here."
"Hehehehe I had a strange feeling that you would mention the forest!" Shadow smiled as Priscilla threw the end of the rope out of the window.
He then walked up to the window and then looked at Priscilla. "Well, ladies first!" he said winking to Priscilla.
"Well, why not?" said Priscilla as she started climbing down the rope to exit the tower. "There are some stories that take place in the forest!"
"Ohhhh really?" Shadow asked Priscilla as he grabbed the rope after her and began climbing down the tower. "Which ones may I ask?"
"Well, there's Goldilocks And The Three Bears," said Priscilla, who is now almost at the end of the rope that is near the ground, "and Little Red Riding Hood, and Hansel And Gretel."
Priscilla finally got to the ground. She stood a few feet away from the rope, waiting for Shadow to reach the bottom of it.
"Need I go on?" Priscilla asked Shadow, referring to the given list of stories that took place in a forest.
"Nah nah, that's all I need to know about stories that take place in forests." Shadow giggled to Priscilla as his paws touched the ground. "Hmmmmm I have an idea. How about we check out the stories in a pristine order?" he asked. "We could start with Goldilocks."
"Okay," Priscilla said after hearing from Shadow that he doesn't need to know more about stories that took place in forests, and then heard his suggestion on what story to check out first. "Okay. Goldilocks, it is."
She then turned around to face the forest.
"So, are you ready to go?" she asked Shadow before entering the forest.
"Oh Priscilla, I was born ready!" Shadow smiled as he himself arrived to the forest. As he stepped his paws into the forest, he looked around.
"All I remember from this story is that there was a cottage here." Shadow said to Priscilla. "That and food and beds!" he added.
Priscilla walked around the forest with Shadow, looking for the three bears' cottage.
"And that a little girl named Goldilocks went inside the bears' cottage while they were away for a walk so that their porridge would cool down," said Priscilla. "Not only were there porridge and beds in that cottage, but there were also chairs by the fireplace. Each of those things belonging to the baby bear was just right for Goldilocks."
Priscilla then came up with another fact about the current story that may be a shocker for Shadow.
"And I don't know if you know this, Shadow," she said, "but in the original version of the story, the person who went into the bears' home is not a little girl named Goldilocks, but an ugly old woman whose name was never revealed."
"Tee hee, yep everything belonging to the Papa Bear, was too hot and everything belonging to the Mama bear was too cold!" Shadow nodded to Priscilla remembering being told that story not too long ago. He then blinked as he perked his ears as Priscilla told him that the original story had an old lady instead of Goldilocks. "Woaaaah, that is really a shocker!" Shadow gasped "I did not know that!"
Shadow then thought of something else as the two was getting close to a cottage seeing one not far from them. "You think we'll meet Goldilocks or it's going to be us to eat the porridge and stuff?" he asked Priscilla.
"Hmm, I think we'll be the Goldilocks in this story," Priscilla said after Shadow asked about meeting Goldilocks or not. "Rapunzel wasn't in that tower we just came out of, so I don't think that we'll meet Goldilocks when we get in the bears' cottage."
Priscilla then looked straight ahead to see the cottage that she and Shadow are getting closer to.
"That must be the bears' cottage," said Priscilla. "We gotta take a look."
"Ooooooooh so we'll both be Goldilocks in this story of Goldilocks and the three bears?" Shadow blinked and blushed "How about you'll be Goldilocks and I'll be your long lost brother?" he suggested to Priscilla "Besides since we're inside my book, we can alter the story a bit."
He then walked to the cottage and peeked through one of the windows. "By golly, this is it! I see three bowls of porridge!" Shadow then said to Priscilla "One Large, one medium, and one small!"
"Well, fairy tales are known for being told in many different ways," Priscilla said to Shadow, and she entered the cottage with him.
Priscilla went over to the table where three bowls of porridge are placed on.
"Yes, those are the bowls of porridge that the bears are letting cool down!" she said, getting closer to the bowls of porridge. "Now, there's something about the bears' porridge that really had me puzzled. Before the bears went out for a walk, all three of their porridge were too hot. But later, with the bears away and Goldilocks in their home, only Papa Bear's porridge is still too hot, while Mama Bear's porridge got too cold, and Baby Bear's porridge got just right. How can that be?"
"Hmmmmm, that is actually a good question Priscilla!" Shadow said as he entered the cottage and joined her at the table. "Hmmmm maybe the different bowls of porridge have different cooling times?" Shadow guessed, eyeing towards the bowls. "Have a look-see. Papa Bear's bowl is too big, Mama's is medium, and Baby Bear's the same size as a clay bowl!"
However, the sight of the porridge made Shadow's belly begin growling. "Ooooooooh it's looks like I'm getting kinda hungry Priscilla." Shadow chuckled as he clutched onto his belly. "Should we eat this porridge?" he asked Priscilla as it was the only food they could find.
"Might as well," said Priscilla. "I didn't take any time to go to the trough for breakfast this morning."
"Well we should fix that then!" Shadow chuckled, still eyeing the three bowls of porridge. "How about this, you'll eat from Papa Bear's bowl, and I'll eat from Mama Bear's bowl?" he asked Priscilla.
"Okay," said Priscilla, and she picked up the spoon next to Papa Bear's bowl. "And what about Baby Bear's bowl?"
"Hmmmm, we'll leave that for later!" Shadow said as he picked up the spoon for Mama's bear bowl. He then dipped the spoon into said bowl, picked up some of the porridge, and tasted it. "Oooooh this porridge is too cold!" he blinked "Who enjoys cold Porridge?" he then asked.
Priscilla then took a spoonful of Papa Bear's porridge, blew on it, and ate it. The moment the porridge went in her mouth, Priscilla found it so hot that she couldn't stand it! Wincing, she swallowed the spoonful of porridge and slammed the spoon hard on the table.
"This porridge is too hot!" she said, and she quickly took a big spoonful of Mama Bear's porridge and ate it. "That's much better! Too cold, but much better! What's in Papa Bear's porridge, anyway? Some kind of potion that makes it stay hot longer?"
"Hmmmmm let me try Baby bear's!" Shadow giggled finding Priscilla's reaction to Papa's porridge hilarious. He then took a spoonful of Baby's porridge and ate it. "Mmmmmmmmm...now this is just right!" he said in content. "Hmmmmmmm I think before they left, Papa Bear poured a whole bottle of Tabasco Sauce into his bowl of Porridge and stirred it."
"Maybe so," Priscilla said after hearing Shadow's thoughts on how Papa Bear's porridge stayed hot.
Priscilla then went over to Baby Bear's bowl and joined Shadow in eating some porridge from it.
"That's absolutely correct, Shadow," she said after eating a spoonful of Baby Bear's porridge. "This is just right!"
After Shadow and Priscilla finished the porridge from Baby bear's bowl, Shadow started to feel a bit tired. "Owwwwww, I don't know about you Priscilla, but I am starting to feel a bit tired." he said after he yawned. "What about you Priscilla?" he then asked
Shadow then walked over to the staircase. "Hmmmm, their beds should be upstairs, I think"
"Yeah, they do have beds upstairs," said Priscilla. "You can go up and check what's up there if you like. I'm gonna sit by the fireplace for a few minutes, and I'll be upstairs later."
Priscilla went to the living room, where there is a fireplace, a rug, and three rocking chairs.
"These are the bears' chairs," she said, and she walked over from one chair to another to take a good look at them before sitting on one of them.
"Okay Priscilla, see you upstairs in a bit!" Shadow said as he trotted upstairs and into their bedroom. There, he saw three beds. One for Papa Bear, one for Mama Bear, and one for Baby Bear.
Shadow then yawned again, but this yawn was much louder than the previous one. He then decided to take a little nap. He soon got into Papa Bear's bed. However, it nearly consumed him since it was too big. "Ooooooh, this bed is much to big for a pup!" he said as he was able to get off. He then tried Mama Bear's bed. As he climbed in, he found it much more comfortable, but it didn't meet his requirements. "Hmmmmm this bed is much better, but somehow it doesn't fulfil my preferences." he said and got out of Mama's Bear's bed.
Soon, Shadow climbed into Baby Bear's bed, hoping that this would be the perfect bed for him and boy was he right. "Mmmmmm, this bed is just right for a pup like me!" Shadow said smiling "This comfy bed may as well make me fall..." Shadow began to say as his eyes gotten heavier as he drifted off to sleep.
While Shadow is sleeping upstairs, Priscilla climbed up Papa Bear's chair.
"This chair is too high," she said, and she got off the chair and climbed up Mama Bear's chair. "This one is too low."
Priscilla got off Mama Bear's chair and went over to Baby Bear's chair. The moment she sat down on it, she found the height of it perfect for her.
"Now, this one's just right," she said.
Priscilla then rocked the chair back and forth for a minute. Afterwards, she started to notice something wrong with the chair. Parts of the chair were making snapping sounds while the chair was rocked.
"Uh-oh," she said. "I guess I should've gone easy on the rocking. Maybe if I just sit completely still, then no more of this chair would appear to break."
But just a second after Priscilla finished her last sentence, the chair broke into pieces, causing her to fall to the floor. As soon as that happened, she got back up on her feet and gasped in shock at the sight of the broken chair.
"Oh, no!" she gasped. "I broke the chair into many little pieces!"
As Shadow was sleeping in Baby Bear's bed, he heard the sound of a chair breaking. As that happened, he awoke in an instant. "Oh lord, what was that?" he asked as he got out of the bed and ran to where Priscilla was.
"Oh dear..." Shadow gulped as he eyed the broken chair. He then eyed to Priscilla "Uuuuuuum maybe we could fix it!" he quickly said to Priscilla, immediately thinking of a good solution.
"Shadow!" Priscilla said as soon as she saw Shadow back downstairs. "I wish that Baby Bear's chair never broke. There's no possible way to get it fixed. It's broken into a thousand pieces! So far, we did everything Goldilocks did in the story: eat the bears' porridge and eat entirely from Baby Bear's bowl, sit in the bears' chairs and break Baby Bear's chair, and sleep in the bears' beds and sleep in Baby Bear's bed. The only thing that hasn't happened yet is getting caught by the bears when they get back home!"
"Priscilla, remember! We're inside my magic book!" Shadow smiled to Priscilla running to her and gently patted her on her back. "We can change this story to anything we want " Shadow chuckled "For example, you could imagine that the chair was fixed!"
"I'll try," said Priscilla, still feeling a bit panicked.
She took the time to calm herself down and focus on the broken chair.
"This is something I imagine, and hope have it made happen," she said softly, seeing Baby Bear's chair being fixed in her head. "I imagine Baby Bear's chair fixed."
And just like that, Baby Bear's broken chair magically became fixed like it was never been broken. "Hehehehe score one for my magic book! Baby Bear's chair has been fixed!" Shadow smiled, wagging his tail. "Thank goodness we're inside my magic book huh Priscilla?" Shadow asked smiling to Priscilla.
He then thought of something. "Hmmmmm maybe we should have this house they way it was before we came in." Shadow added and cleared his throat. "I imagine that the three bears' beds were made up and that the bears' porridge was filled up, especially Baby Bear's." Shadow said imagining.
"Absolutely, Shadow!" said Priscilla. "That way, all this trouble would be caused by the real Goldilocks, and the three bears will see her in Baby Bear's bed when they get home. In that dream I had, everything in the stories just happened the way they were meant to happen without me tinkering around with them."
She turned over to the table to see all three bowls of porridge refilled. Afterwards, she ran upstairs to check the beds, which looked as if none of them were ever slept on.
"Looks like everything seems to be in order," she said as she came back downstairs. "Now, we can go before we get caught in here."
"Okay, since everything is in tip top shape in here, we can get going!" Shadow smiled to Priscilla. "What story do you want to go through next?" he asked as he climbed through an open window.
"Well, while we're still in the forest," Priscilla said while exiting the bears' cottage through the window to meet Shadow outside, "I think we can go through Little Red Riding Hood."
She then started to focus on herself and pictured herself as Little Red Riding Hood in her head.
"I imagine myself wearing a red hooded cloak just like Little Red Riding Hood," she said, and a red hooded cloak appeared on her.
Shadow smiled as the red cloak appeared on Priscilla. "Hehehe, red is definitely your colour Priscilla ^^" Shadow wagging his tail and began thinking of what to imagine. "Hmmmm...I imagine that we had a basket full of goodies." he said as a picnic basket appeared in front of them. "Hehhehe I definitely remember Little Red Riding Hood." Shadow chuckled to Priscilla.
"Thanks, Shadow," Priscilla said after Shadow commented on the red hooded cloak that she is wearing. "Goes very well with the color blue I always wear."
She looked at the basket full of goodies that appeared in front of her and Shadow.
"Now, we'll have to take this to the girl's grandmother's house," she said. "We'll also need to watch out for the big bad wolf along the way."
"Heheheh I for one think that red goes with black" Shadow grinned "But hey, to each its own" he added. He then looked at the picnic basket that appeared in front of them. "Okay Priscilla, grab the basket if you may. You're Little Red Riding Hood, it'll sound weird if I carried the basket." he chuckled, laughing.
Shadow then looked up into the sky. "Wolf you say?" he then asked. "I'm sure I can handle a wolf."
Priscilla picked up the basket.
"Let's go," she said. "And if we see a wolf around here, we got to get away as quickly as possible. We need to focus on getting to Little Red Riding Hood's grandmother's house."
Priscilla started walking, looking for the right directions to take to Little Red Riding Hood's grandmother's house.
"It's off to grandmother's house we go!" Shadow giggled as he then followed behind Priscilla on the way to Little Red's grandmother's house. "Okay Priscilla, I'll be honest. It's been a really long time since I last read Little Red Riding Hood, what does the Wolf do may I ask?" he asked blushing.
Shadow then eyed the picnic basket and then to Priscilla herself. "Also, what kind of goodies are in that picnic basket anyway?" he asked. Another question then popped into his head. "After we go through Little Red Riding Hood, what story do you want to go through next?" he asked having a good time with Priscilla inside his magic book.
"What the wolf does first is appear in Little Red Riding Hood's presence, and she told the wolf that she's taking a basket of goodies to her grandmother's house," Priscilla explained on the way. "Then, the wolf heads over to the grandmother's house and disguises himself as the grandmother, while he either ate her or locked her in a closet. And when Little Red Riding Hood finally made it to her grandmother's house, she notices something strange about her 'grandmother', like having big eyes, big nose, big ears, and big teeth. The wolf then tries to eat the girl, but a wood chopper comes to the rescue."
She looked down at the basket she is carrying.
"It was never really revealed what kind of goodies are in a basket," she said. "I have been wondering about that myself. And we'll decide which story to go through next after we're done with this one."
"Ooooooooh, I had a feeling that was the tale of Little Red Riding Hood." Shadow nodded his head after Priscilla told him what the tale was about. "Oh Woodsman you say?" he then asked, cocking his head. "I've heard that when the wolf ate Little Red's grandmother, he cut the wolf open so she could get out." Shadow said "I think that's the part where a grosses a few pups out." he said nodding his head.
Shadow then eyed the picnic basket. "Well whatever's in that picnic basket, it must be delicious!" Shadow said licking his lips. "Maybe there are tarts, muffins, cookies, and more yummy goodness inside?" he asked hoping he was right.
"It was," said Priscilla. "And also, the woodsman, wood chopper, lumberjack, or whatever you want to call him--there were some versions of the story where Little Red Riding Hood met him before she met the big bad wolf, and he told her to be careful along the way and watch out for the wolf."
When Priscilla heard Shadow mention what happened after the wolf was cut open for the grandmother to get out, and mention what the goodies in the basket might be, she had a hard time picturing those two subjects together. She then had her mind set on the basket of goodies only.
"I'm hoping that Little Red's grandmother will let us have a peek of these goodies before we leave them with her," she said.
Meanwhile, a gray wolf is hiding behind a few trees, licking his lips at the sight of Shadow, Priscilla, and the basket of goodies.
"Well, Priscilla, shall we get on our way to Little Red's Grandmother's house?" Shadow asked unaware that the big bad wolf was near them.
"Oooooooh and I really hope that her grandmother will allow us to see inside the basket." Shadow said, licking his lips.
"We're on our way now," said Priscilla, looking around for the right path to take. "I just hope we know which way is the right way to Little Red's grandmother's house."
Priscilla then heard noises behind some of the trees. The noises continued behind some bushes and even more trees. The noises are being made by the wolf, who is walking past the trees and bushes causing the leaves to make those noises.
"Listen," Priscilla said as she stopped when she heard the noises made by the leaves and bushes. "Shadow, did you hear that?"
Shadow perked his ears as he indeed heard the rustling in the woods. "Yeah I actually do hear rustling!" Shadow whispered to Priscilla, nodding his head. "We better get going along to Little Red's grandmother's." he said gulping.
Shadow then eyed the forest in front of them. "So which path do we take here Priscilla?" he then asked.
The wolf then moved even closer to the end of one of the paths, waiting for the right moment to confront Shadow and Priscilla.
"Something tells me that we should go that way," said Priscilla, pointing a front paw at a path to the right.
"Good choice Priscilla, let us get on our way to grandmother's house shall we?" Shadow asked smiling as he began walking down the path on the right unaware that the big bad wolf was secretly following the two.
"Yes, let's go," said Priscilla, and she and Shadow walked down the path she pointed.
While Priscilla and Shadow are walking down the path together, the wolf moved along much quicker, causing the leaves in the trees and bushes to make even more rustling sounds.
"There's that noise again," said Priscilla, now sounding a bit terrified. "I have a feeling that we're being followed by the big bad wolf."
The wolf then appeared from behind the trees and bushes and blocked the two pups' path to Little Red Riding Hood's grandmother's house.
"It's the big bad wolf!" Priscilla gasped, taking a few steps back.
"Yes, that's me," said the wolf. "And where exactly are you heading off to with that basket?"
"Ooooooooooooh it's the big bad wolf!" Shadow said a bit terrified, but didn't want to show his fear as he wanted to show braveness towards Priscilla. He shook his head as his fear of the wolf went away and took a few steps forward. Then, he began to speak up.
"Well, if you must know, we are on our way to a street fair!" Shadow said lying to the wolf as it was the first lie that popped into his head. "And we thought that going through the woods would be the quickest way there." he nodded to the wolf.
Priscilla became relieved when Shadow came up with a lie to keep the wolf from going to Litle Red Riding Hood's grandmother's house.
"That's right!" Priscilla said to the wolf, finally starting to stand up to him. "And no, you can't come with us or have any of what we have here in this basket!"
The wolf then let out a low growl.
"Well, no matter," said the wolf. "I'll be watching your every move. I'll be following you everywhere. And I won't stop until I get my paws on what you have in that basket."
The wolf let out a huff and left.
"Now, why does the wolf want these goodies for Little Red's grandmother so badly?" Priscilla asked Shadow as soon as the wolf was out of sight and earshot.
"Hmmmm I think it's because the basket is full of sweets and everyone and anyone has a sweet tooth." Shadow answered Priscilla, chuckling. "Even you and I. Plus, too many sweets can make you fat." Shadow giggled, adding to his words. "So I guess the wolf wants to fatten up or something."
"Anyway, let's continue on down now." Shadow nodded and resumed his way to Little Red's grandmother's house.
Priscilla continued walking down the path to Little Red Riding Hood's grandmother's house with Shadow. The walk lasted another ten minutes until a house can be seen deep in the forest.
"Look!" said Priscilla. "There's a house! It's got to be where Little Red's grandmother lives!"
"Hehehehe by gosh I think you may be right!" Shadow squinted his eyes so he could check the house a bit better. "There's only one way to find out for sure." he then told Priscilla.
Soon, Shadow took a few steps further. "We check it out ourselves!" Shadow chuckled, turning his head towards Priscilla before walking towards the house.
"You're right, Shadow," said Priscilla. "I'll go knock on the door when we get down there."
Priscilla and Shadow walked closer and closer to the house. By the time they got there, Priscilla knocked on the door.
"Hello?" she said, and she knocked on the door again, hoping that Little Red Riding Hood's grandmother would answer. "Hello? We've brought over a basket of goodies for you!"
"Come in!" a high-pitched voice said through the door.
Priscilla felt unsure of whether or not the voice that was heard inside the house was really the wolf disguised as Little Red Riding Hood's grandmother.
"This house has to be it," Priscilla said to Shadow. "It sounds like the wolf is in there, disguised as Little Red's grandmother. He probably didn't buy the story of us going to a street fair."
"Dang wolves are smart!" Shadow grumbled and then stood in attention and looked at Priscilla. "Well I think this is the part where Little Red goes into the house." Shadow said and eyed the door.
"So, I want us to brave and face the wolf." Shadow said as he opened the door of the house and slowly walked inside.
"It is," said Priscilla. "And when the wolf starts chasing us, we are getting out. The wood chopper will come and stop him."
She followed Shadow inside the house. Inside was the wolf in bed, disguised as Little Red Riding Hood's grandmother.
"Little Red Riding Hood?" the wolf said in a high-pitched voice. "Is that you?"
Priscilla approached the wolf and placed the basket of goodies on the bed.
"My friend and I came here with this basket of goodies for you," said Priscilla.
"Oh, thank you, dear," said the wolf.
The wolf starts digging through the basket of goodies, but was stopped by Priscilla after just a fraction of a second.
"Wait a minute," said Priscilla. "There's something about you that just isn't right. You sure do have really large, yellow eyes."
"Yes," said the wolf. "Yes, I do. All the better to see you, your friend, and these goodies you two brought over here."
As the wolf was munching on the goodies and when Priscilla noticed the wolf's eyes, Shadow couldn't help but notice the nose and snout on the wolf. Shadow instantly knew that this wasn't Little Red's grandmother, but the wolf in disguise. However, he decided to play along.
"My my Granny, what big nose and snout you have!" Shadow said eyeing the wolf's nose and snout in surprise.
The wolf swallowed an oatmeal cookie whole and sniffed a few more of the goodies in the basket.
"All the better to smell you two and these goodies," said the wolf, and he then let out a small sneeze and growled after that.
"Bless you," said Priscilla.
There's one more thing that Priscilla noticed, and it's the fact that the wolf's huge, sharp teeth is seen when he's eating some of the goodies.
"Gee, 'Grandmother'," said Priscilla sarcastically, "what big, sharp teeth you have!"
The wolf stopped eating the goodies when he found out that Priscilla and Shadow are seeing right through his disguise.
"All the better to eat these goodies," said the wolf, and he stood up from the bed, ripped off his disguise, and went back to speaking in his own voice, "and you pups!"
"Woooooooooahhh! Who knew Little Red Riding Hood included vore O.O" Shadow blinked and looked at Priscilla "Priscilla, we have to be on our toes now otherwise we'll be eaten alive!" he then said to Priscilla.
Shadow then eyed back to the wolf. "Why do you want to eat us?" Shadow then blinked. "Knowing that you have already eaten half of the goodies in the basket!"
"That's just how the story goes, Shadow!" said Priscilla. "When the wolf reveals his true identity and says that he has big teeth to eat Little Red Riding Hood with, that's when he starts to chase her around her grandmother's house!"
"Yes," growled the wolf. "It's just too bad that there's no one to save you two."
"We'll see about that!"
Priscilla then pictured a wood chopper in her head.
"I imagine the wood chopper coming into this house to save us right now!" she shouted, and she turned her head to the door, waiting for the wood chopper to burst into the house and rescue her and Shadow.
Shadow soon eyed the door, trying his best not to get eaten by the wolf. He then clarified Priscilla's imagination. "I too imagine that the woodsman was here to save us!"
Shadow then looked at Priscilla and then thought of something "I just noticed this, if in the story the wolf could talk to Little Red, I think that we could talk to the Woodsman. Hooray for stories!" he said and then whispered.
Priscilla found it unnecessary for Shadow to clarify Priscilla's imagination, for it was the exact same thing she said. However, her eyes and mind were kept on the door, which was chopped down into pieces by an ax. That ax is being carried by the wood chopper.
"Anyone called me?" said the wood chopper.
"He's here!" said Priscilla, and this became her chance and Shadow's to put their communication skills with humans to the test.
"We're glad that you're here," Priscilla said to the wood chopper. "We need your help. This wolf in here is trying to eat us!"
On the last word Priscilla said, the wolf grabbed her and Shadow by the necks and picked them up.
Shadow soon yelped in fear as the wolf then pulled him and Priscilla up by their necks. He then desperately tried to break free from the wolf's grap.
He then eyed the woodsman. "Hey Mister Woodsman, heeeelp us!" Shadow was able to utter that out. "Help us please, we beg of you!"
"Hold still, you two!" said the wood chopper, holding the ax in front of him, with the blade being pointed directly at the wolf. "I'm aiming at the wolf!"
"Now, which one of you should I eat first?" said the wolf, looking at Shadow and Priscilla while holding them up.
Just when the wolf opened his mouth to eat one of the pups, the wood chopper threw his ax toward the wolf. The blade of the ax hit the wolf on the top of his head, causing him to drop the pups and fall to the floor.
"Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!" Shadow yelped as he lost the wolf's grasp. Before hitting the ground, Shadow rolled to his feet, landing on his feet. "Okay now to see if this wolf is dead." Shadow said and began feeling for a pulse. However, a pulse could not be found. The wolf was dead.
"Ooooooooh thank you so much Mr. Woodsman!" Shadow smiled to the woodsman. "If if wasn't for you, the wolf would surely consumed us!"
"Glad to be of help to you two pups," said the wood chopper. "I wouldn't be here if I haven't been mysteriously transported here."
"And now that the wolf is done for," said Priscilla, "we should find Little Red's grandmother and see if she's all right."
Priscilla went over to the closet and opened it. Inside the closet is an unconscious old woman.
"I found her!" she called to Shadow and the wood chopper. "I think she's still alive but knocked out!"
"Whooooo, I'm just glad you came and killed the wolf!" Shadow began breathing heavily. He then looked towards the closet that Little Red's grandmother was stuffed in.
"Yeeeeeep, Little Red's grandmother has been knocked out." Shadow nodded, agreeing with Priscilla's conclusion. "Come on we have to help her to the bed." Shadow said rushing in the closet and sat behind Little Red's granny.
Priscilla slipped herself under Little Red Riding Hood's grandmother's left arm and moved around under it to get her to wake up, but without success.
"Excuse me, ma'am," said the wood chopper, giving Little Red Riding Hood's grandmother a shake on the left shoulder. "Come on. We gotta get you back up and take you back to bed."
Little Red Riding Hood's grandmother finally woke up.
"Huh?" she said. "What happened?"
"Oh, good," said Priscilla. "You're awake. You were knocked out and locked up here by that wolf over there."
Priscilla pointed a front paw at the deceased wolf laying on the floor.
"My friend and I brought you a basket of goodies for you," she continued, "but the wolf ate half of everything in the basket."
"Here, let me help you up," said the wood chopper, and he pulled Little Red Riding Hood's grandmother up on her feet and walked her to her bed.
"Thank you, young man," said Little Red Riding Hood's grandmother as she got herself back in bed and under the covers, and she stared at Shadow and Priscilla as if there's something wrong. "Little Red, something just isn't right about you. You're covered in fur, you're standing on four legs, and you have some black spots on you."
Priscilla took a few steps forward to Little Red Riding Hood's grandmother's bed to confess who she really is.
"That's right," said Priscilla. "To be honest, I'm not who you think I am."
She removed the red hooded cloak and tossed it next to the wolf's dead body.
Shadow smiled as he knew that the wolf would meet his demise. "Now the wolf will not mess with anyone ever again!" he proclaimed eyeing the deceased wolf on the floor covered by Little Red's red cloak.
Shadow then turned his attention towards Little Red's Grandmother. "I am very glad that you are okay." he said to the grandmother. "I'll be really devastated if anything bad happened to you." Shadow smiled wagging his tail.
He then turned his attention towards Priscilla. "Okay Priscilla, it's your decision now." Shadow whispered to Priscilla. "We've completed the 3 little Bears and Little Red Riding Hood." he said.
"Thank you, you two pups," said Little Red Riding Hood's grandmother. "I'm also relieved that the wolf has been killed before my real granddaughter can get here."
"Well, we have to go," Priscilla said to Little Red Riding Hood's grandmother and the wood chopper. "Goodbye!"
Priscilla exits the house and waits for Shadow.
"So, now that we're done with this story," she told him, "there's another one to get through while we're still here in the forest, and that's Hansel And Gretel."
"Hehehehe see you two later, I have to get going!" Shadow said waving goodbye to the woodsman and Little Red's grandmother. "Tell Little Red we said hi!" he said as he walked out the door.
"Ooooooh Hansel and Gretel?" Shadow asked blinking to Priscilla as he reached up to her. "I think I remember that story! Two siblings find themselves in an edible gingerbread house where they end up being encountered by a witch." Shadow chuckled "Sweet! A story that involves weight gain!" Shadow giggled, wagging his tail.
"I will," said Little Red Riding Hood's grandmother, waving back to Shadow and Priscilla. "Goodbye."
Priscilla started walking in the forest again, this time to find the gingerbread house.
"That's right," Priscilla said after she heard Shadow explained what Hansel And Gretel is about. "And the witch locks Hansel up and feeds him until he gets fat so she can eat him!"
"Hehehehheh, why does most fairy tales include vore O.o" Shadow blinked to Priscilla as he and Priscilla walked further in the forest to find the gingerbread house. "I mean like the story we visited, one variation, the wolf ate Little Red's grandmother and now this story Hansel and Gretel, the witch fattens up Hansel so she could eat him." he stated to Priscilla.
However, Shadow wagged his tail. "But I think I can let it slide, cause right now I'm Hansel and you're Gretel Priscilla." Shadow giggled. "Not to excited for vore, but I like fat pups."
"That's just how these stories go," said Priscilla. "After we get through this, we'll get out of the forest and get into a story that doesn't involve a character eating another."
The two pups continued walking until they came across a gingerbread house.
"There it is!" said Priscilla, and she stared at the gingerbread house hungrily, her tongue hanging out of her open mouth.
"Ooooooooh...the we've made it to the Gingerbread house!" Shadow moaned and began panting as he saw all the edible gingerbread and decorations the house had. "Priscilla, I can't help but to start eating! I really love gingerbread!" Shadow wagged his tail fast.
Soon, Shadow rushed to the house and began nibbling on the house, tasting the deliciousness of the gingerbread house. "Ooooooh I am in gingerbread heaven!" Shadow moaned as he began nomming the house. "Hey Priscilla, you should try this! It's our first time eating a house!" Shadow giggled as he then began eating some of the house's decorations.
Priscilla rushed down to the gingerbread house with Shadow. As soon as she made it, and before she started eating any of it, she pictured herself still having the same body size while eating a lot of the gingerbread house.
"I imagine myself not gaining any weight or getting full when I eat a lot," she whispered, and a burst of blue light came out of her body, showing that this kind of imagination of hers came true.
Finally, Priscilla joined Shadow and started eating some of the house with him.
"Whooooooo I cannot eat another bite! I am getting full as well and I don't plan on gaining any weight!" Shadow giggled to Priscilla as he wiped his muzzle clean of the gingerbread. "Hmmmmmm I wonder what the interior of this house looks like." Shadow said, beginning to wonder.
"Well, that's not gonna be a problem for me, Shadow!" said Priscilla, and she started eating the doors, windows, and walls, causing the roof to fall to the floor of the house. "Just as I imagined. I just ate a lot of the house, and I didn't gain any weight after that. And I'm glad you didn't plan to gain any weight, either, Shadow. Because if you did, and the witch came and see you, she'd have you eaten up."
"Whilst that is true....I imagine that I won't gain weight as well!" Shadow said and then glowed blue just as Priscilla did. "Hehehee well we should eat up this house then!" Shadow chuckled to Priscilla as he resumed eating the house. "Now any stories that deals with my quirk and or Clayton's?"
"I'd rather not think about it," Priscilla said after hearing Shadow mention something about quirks. "Oh, well. Since we won't be gaining any weight after eating this house now, the witch won't get to eat either one of us! And we'll still have plenty of energy to leave the forest before the witch gets here!"
Priscilla started eating the roof that is now all over the floor.
"Hahahahahaah you said it!" Shadow giggled as he joined Priscilla in eating the remainder of the house. "Oooooooh I can never get enough gingerbread." he murred as he was helping Priscilla eat the roof on the floor. Once when the house was completely eaten, Shadow licked his lips clean from all crumbs.
"Okay, what story shall we go through now?" Shadow smiled to Priscilla, wagging his tail. "We went through Goldilocks and the Three Bears, Little Red Riding Hood, and we changed Hansel and Gretel to The Pups and the Gingerbread House." he joked about how he and Priscilla ate the Witch's gingerbread house.
"And after that imagination I just had, I can never get full!" Priscilla said after she and Shadow finished eating the entire gingerbread house. "And let's not forget that we were in that tower Rapunzel was in. So, now that we're done with the stories that took place in the forest, let's get out of here and find a story to go through that has a clear view from so many trees."
"Right, I won't forget that we came out of Rapunzel's tower!" Shadow nodded to Priscilla. "That's where we landed when we got sucked into the book, and maybe that's the place where we can get out of the book." Shadow nodded, certain that he was right.
"Okay, what stories that doesn't deal with forests do you have in mind now?" Shadow asked, wagging his tail. "Jack and the Beanstalk comes in my mind if you want help."
"Jack And The Beanstalk would be a good idea for a story to go through next," said Priscilla as she walked out of the forest. "Maybe there's a beanstalk somewhere out there. And if there isn't, we can imagine having magic beans so we can use them to grow one ourselves."
"Hmmmmm, I think we should do that just in case!" Shadow smiled as he walked next to Priscilla. "I imagine that Priscilla had a bag full of magic beans!" he smiled as they now left the forest.
A bag of magic beans appeared in front of Priscilla, who picked it up with her teeth and carried it with her from the forest. Moments later, Priscilla stopped at a place that's covered with green grass and clear of tall trees.
"This'll be the spot!" Priscilla said after she placed the bag down on the grass. "Jack would bring home magic beans after trading a cow for them, only to have them thrown out by his mother. But with us having these magic beans, there's nothing to trade for them, and there's no one to take the beans from us and throw them away. That's a good thing for us as we go through this story."
"Hehehehe and then that means we can have a beanstalk grow before our very eyes!" Shadow chuckled to Priscilla, wagging his tail thinking about a huge beanstalk growing from the ground. "Now all we have to do is to plant the magic beans and a huge beanstalk will grooooooowww." Shadow then said in a sing-song voice.
Priscilla opened the bag and poured the magic beans out of the bag and onto the ground. Once all the beans from the bag touched the ground, Priscilla started to feel the ground shaking.
"Do you feel that?" she asked Shadow. "Looks like the beanstalk is going to grow right now!"
"WOAAAAAAAAAAAAH!! I wholeheartedly agree with you on that Priscilla!" Shadow said as he wobbled trying to keep his balance as the ground started shaking. "And I know how to story goes here." he added.
Suddenly, a long green beanstalk began growing out of the ground and continued to grow and grow and grow until both Shadow and Priscilla could see it touch the sky. "Woaaaaaah, look at how tall this beanstalk is!" Shadow gasped as he looked up. Compared to the beanstalk, Shadow and Priscilla were ants.
Priscilla looked up in surprise at how tall the beanstalk grew.
"Now, that's a long way up!" said Priscilla, and she grabbed one of the leaves and started climbing up the beanstalk. "Let's go for that golden harp!"
"Whoah, I never actually climbed a beanstalk before!" Shadow admitted to Priscilla as he himself grabbed a couple of leaves and began climbing up the beanstalk whilst not looking down.
"Hmmmmm I know how this story goes, there's the golden harp like you said and a goose, I think it's a goose that lays a golden egg." Shadow stated to Priscilla as he climbed. "Here's how I wanted this story to end: Jack and his Mother cash out the Gold and live life in luxury!" Shadow laughed and giggled wagging his tail.
"Neither have I!" Priscilla responded as she continued climbing the beanstalk. "But it feels to me that just climbing this beanstalk is some great adventure!"
As she and Shadow continued climbing the beanstalk, she heard him say how he wanted the story to end.
"Now, that would make a great ending," she said. "Maybe that could happen to us after we go through this story."
Priscilla finally reached the top of the beanstalk and looked left and right to keep an eye out for the home of the giant.
"Oh, that would be so wonderful!" Shadow wagged his tail at the thought. "Living life in luxury!" he grinned as he himself climbed to the top of the beanstalk. Once he got to the top, he went on and helped Priscilla keep an eye out for the home of the giant.
"Hey Priscilla, something inside me is telling me that the golden harp is inside the giant's home!" Shadow began to say when he accidentally ran into a big house, made of stones. "Oooooooooofff...." Shadow then said, shaking his head, eyeing the stone house. "Okaaaaay...either I'm just seeing things or this must be the giant's home!" Shadow said to Priscilla, rubbing his temples.
"That's what I'm keeping an eye out for!" Priscilla responded. "When we find the giant's home, we must quietly sneak in and get the golden harp!"
Priscilla then stopped looking around when she spotted Shadow running into the house made of stones.
"Shadow!" Priscilla gasped as she ran over to Shadow.
By the time Priscilla got to where Shadow is, she looked up at the huge house made of stones in surprise.
"Wow!" Priscilla said, surprised. "This is it. This is where the giant lives. It just had to be."
"Hmmmmmmm now all we need to do is find a way to open the door!" Shadow said to Priscilla, looking at the doorknob a couple of meters above the two pups. "Any idea on how we can open the door so we can go inside and attempt to find the golden harp?" he asked Priscilla getting up on his four paws.
"Wait, it times like this I'm grateful that we're inside my magic book." Shadow giggled, wagging her tail. "Priscilla, how do you feel about becoming giant?" he asked, making sure Priscilla was okay with it.
"Well, there are some versions of this story where the giant has a wife, and this giant probably doesn't have one," said Priscilla, considering what Shadow said. "If he does, then we can ask his wife for some help. But if he doesn't, then I will imagine myself as a giant."
"Well, I was thinking that we could become giant so that it would be easier for us to venture through the giant's house so to find the golden harp!" Shadow explained to Priscilla. "I mean look how high this doorknob is!" Shadow stated trying to jump to catch the doorknob, but failing.
"But we won't need to use the doorknob if we're not going to become giants!" said Priscilla, and she pointed at the gap between the bottom part of the door and the ground. "Look. There's a gap down there. So, here's what we'll do. I'll slip myself under there to get in and look around to see if the giant has a wife who can help us. And if he doesn't, then we'll become giants. Either way, I'll come back out and let you know if anyone else is in there with the giant or not."
"Heheheh good plan Priscilla " Shadow smiled patting Priscilla on the back. "Well, shall you go in and check?" he giggled. "I'll stand out here and stand guard!" Shadow added and froze in his place.
"Okay, I'm going in," said Priscilla, and she lied down and slipped herself through the gap under the door.
She looked around the house for anyone living there with the giant. After looking around the entire place, she found out that the giant is the only one living there. The giant is fast asleep in his bed. Priscilla went back to the gap under the door and slipped back outside.
"There's no one in there with the giant," Priscilla told Shadow. "So, that means he doesn't have a wife, and we can put the plan of becoming giants to get the golden harp into action!"
"Yaaaay, then I can say the magic words to make you and I giant Priscilla!" Shadow wagged his tail after hearing from Priscilla that the giant didn't have a wife and was the only one living in the house.
"I imagine that Priscilla and I were giants, the same size as the giant in this story!" Shadow imagined smiling.
Priscilla and Shadow grew into giants, each one in the same height and weight as the giant inside the house.
"All right," said Priscilla, ignoring how big she has gotten and keeping her mind on the golden harp. "The giant is asleep in there. So, how do you think we should get in to get the harp, now that we're giants? Should we try to quietly sneak in or knock on the door so he can wake up and let us in?"
"Hmmmmmmm I think we should quietly sneak in, then that way the giant will have no idea what we're doing!" Shadow chuckled peeping through the window as he was now a giant. "Hehehe now that we're giants, this will be so easy now!" Shadow added.
"Good idea," said Priscilla. "Let's go."
She quietly pushed the door open and sneaked inside the giant's house. As soon as she made it to the center of the house, she turned around to look for the location of where the golden harp might be.
"Now, where in this mess would the giant have kept the harp?" Priscilla asked herself as quietly as she can, being careful not to wake the giant.
"Hmmmmmm if I remember this story correctly, it'll be in the same area with the goose who lays the golden eggs." Shadow replied, whispering to Priscilla. "The question is, where is the goose who lays the golden eggs?" he added.
Shadow then walked towards a couple of rooms up ahead. He then looked back at Priscilla and motioned her to come to him.
Priscilla followed Shadow even further into the house, hoping that they're closer to where the golden harp is.
"The golden harp and the goose that lays the golden eggs both must be in the same part of the house the giant is sleeping in," Priscilla whispered.
She quietly went to the area where the giant is asleep.
"There's the giant," she whispered to Shadow. "The harp and the goose must be in there with him. We'll have to be very careful not to make any noise while searching this part of the house."
"Indeed, so be on your toes and tip-toe quietly!" Shadow whispered to Priscilla, getting on his toes and began to quietly tip-toe towards the golden harp and the goose who lays the golden eggs.
"Come on feet of mine, don't make a sound." Shadow whispered quietly to his feet.
Priscilla tiptoed toward a shelf on one of the walls of the room and scanned her eyes across it for the harp or the goose that lays the golden eggs. After almost thirty seconds, she finally found the harp. Trying her best not to wake the giant up, she picked up the harp from the shelf, tiptoed out of the room, and waited for Shadow to get the goose that lays the golden eggs.
Shadow, as quiet as he could be, silently tiptoed past the giant to find the goose that lays the golden eggs. "Now if I had geese, where would I put them?" Shadow thought to himself as he was looking for the goose that lays the golden eggs.
After a few minutes of looking, Shadow found said goose and gently picked it up hoping it won't cry, which it didn't. He then tiptoed back towards Priscilla and chuckled. "Alright, I got the goose, and you got the harp." Shadow chuckled, holding the goose in his arms. "Now, what are we going to do with these?" he then asked.
"Maybe we can give the goose and the harp to some poor family," Priscilla whispered to Shadow, making her way back to the front door.
The giant then groaned and woke up. He got out of bed with an angry look on his face and sniffed around the room he was sleeping in.
"Someone's here," said the giant, and he became shocked after he found that his harp and goose are missing. "AND THEY STOLE MY GOOSE AND HARP!"
Priscilla gasped at the sound of the giant's shouting.
"Sounds like the giant just woke up!" said Priscilla. "We gotta get out of here, fast!"
"Ooooooooh the giant is up!!" Shadow yelped as he ran out the door while holding the goose in his paws. "ComeonPriscillalet'sgetoutofherebeforethegiantcatchesus!" Shadow quickly said as he ran past Priscilla.
Priscilla ran out the door as fast as she can, with the harp still in her paws.
"I imagine myself and Shadow back to our normal sizes," Priscilla shouted as soon as she made it back to the top of the beanstalk, concentrating on her imagination.
When Priscilla shrunk back to her normal size, she saw that the harp she is carrying, which was small enough for her to pick up with just two "fingers", is now big enough for her to wrap one of her front legs around it; she wrapped her other front leg around the beanstalk and slid on it to get back down to the bottom.
"The bigger they are, the harder they fall," Priscilla said to herself, hoping that the giant would be clumsy enough to fall to the ground from such a great height and die.
"And I too imagine that I was my normal size!" Shadow added in as he himself began shrinking to his normal size. As he was shrinking, the goose became much easier to hold.
When Shadow was his normal size, like Priscilla, he grabbed the beanstalk with his left foreleg and slid down until he landed next to Priscilla.
"Something tells me that Clayton won't like the ending of the story ^^;" Shadow chuckled to Priscilla knowing that Clayton likes giants.
"Well, the giant is the villain of the story," said Priscilla, still remembering how much Clayton likes giants, and she eyed the beanstalk and saw it snapping to the ground in her head. "I imagine the beanstalk snapping and collapsing to the ground."
As soon as the giant reached the beanstalk, he reached out his arms to grab it. However, by the time he grabbed the beanstalk, he heard a snap and found himself falling to the ground.
"The giant is about to fall on us!" Priscilla said to Shadow. "We gotta get out of the way!"
"AY! Let's move back before we ourselves reduce to Dalmatian pancakes!!" Shadow yelped and moved back a couple of feet until he was out of reach of the giant.
"After we're done with this story Priscilla, what story should we go through next?" he then asked.
"I'll think about that after the giant has fallen," Priscilla said to Shadow as she took enough steps back to keep herself away from getting squished by the giant.
The giant then fell very hard to the ground, causing the ground to shake. He didn't move a muscle or breathe for ten seconds after the fall. He was dead.
