I was wondering if you guys could help me out here, my dad wants to know if there is a downloadable program that can make a drawing look like it's moving like wheels on a bicycle for example. My dad has Microsoft Power Point and wants to know if this could be one of the programs that make moving graphics.

Have you considered getting Adobe Flash or something like that? I know it's expensive, but that's the best program that I can think of.
You have Flash?

I've got Flash, but my dad doesn't, he says since he's only going to use it one time, he doesn't want to buy anything, he says it's not because he's cheap. He has Adobe Photoshop CS3 and he hasn't used it before and right now, he's simply trying to draw a circle.

Well, if you got Flash, surely you can allow your Father to use it?

I do get asked for updates, but I don't know how to use the program or what it's for. But I will let my dad use it.

Wait, this to view Flash or the program that actually lets you Animate?
I mean, I be willing to Animate a Bicycle for you, if you wish. Do you?

My dad says he was using that as an example, but he wants two wheels, side by side, approximately three inches in diameter, in each circle he wants a horizontal line across the middle, which would look like the equator on the Earth, .
