After viewing a pic of Two-Tone by Mizan on DA depicting Two-Tone torn between being good or being evil I begun to think the series missed opportunities to develop her as a character, same thing with the likes of Patch, Dipstick, and Wizzer. As we know the majority of the development episodes were given to the three most hated characters in 101 Dalmatians the series, namely Spot, Lt. Pug, and Dumpling. Sure there were focus episodes on Lucky, Rolly, and Cadpig though they were main characters so they get the benefit of the doubt, same thing with Spot without the benefit of the doubt since she was both a main character and one of the three hated characters in the series.
Another thing that pretty much factored into the missed development in the series topic is the episodes being out of order.

Yet another reason why I think the series should have been renewed for at least two more seasons!

Yeah, I do agree there TT, I mean they could have had focused on the background pups like they did with Two-Tone on Love em and Flea em, but they chose to focus some of the episodes on Spot, Lt. Pug and Dumpling, I've got to say that I've even worked on a theory for the lack of chronological order in the episodes that I let you listen to.
I wouldn't mind more seasons, but hey this is Disney we're talking about, if they wanted to make more, they would've done so by now, anyway getting back on the topic at hand, TT, is that there was Jewel, Fidget and Penny that they didn't put in the series but you can see Penny's conception art on a commercial on the 101 Dalmatians Live Action VHS Tape, I'm guessing Penny is the pup with the bow on her head.

ah okay I was mistaken then.

I was thinking the formula could've worked for the 101 Dalmatians The Series as well.

I was actually surprised um they only did 65 episodes. There is not alot of time to fit is 101 characters. Also maybe it is just me but the episode Jasper and Horace big career move they could done another episode. Because it never made sense, the fact that the very next episode they are back to themselves again. I hated those episodes.

Well, to be fair, Two-Tone isn' one of the Prime Dalmatians, in; "101 Dalmatians The Series", so it's lss likely that she may get as mch Development, as the Leads. Like thinking Bon-Bon getting some Character Development in FIM.
Though, I do like elements of Two-Tone, that we do get; it shows that she is Indecisive and her Arc with Mooch can work too. She likes Mooch for his looks in; "Twelve Angry Pups", but learns in; "Love 'Em Flea 'Em" to look for what's on the inside. That sounds like some Development with; Two-Tone.
We also have some elements, like Lucky's fear of having Shots and how Tri-Pod strts by acting c0cky, but gets nicer, in more Episodes. Or Spot may learn some confidence, in some Episodes too.
Also, Raine, the reason that there are Sixty-Five Episodes is cause there is some type of rule on it. Happens with a number of shows.
Though, like Belchic claims, more Seasons should be made, Eh? ;3

Obviously the series is never coming back. But I think there is a chance Disney will do a brand new Dalmatians cartoon. Hey, if they're revamping DuckTales and Darkwing Duck, I don't see why not.

In retrospect, you know how Disney once said they were afraid of there being too many characters, and cut the Dalmatian list from five to three and added Spot in at the last moment?
In the same year they gave us Recess, and there were at least six characters?
Makes you wonder who they were trying to fool. Even though the block was called "One Saturday Morning", most of the shows on their block were about kids in school.

Even though the block was called "One Saturday Morning", most of the shows on their block were about kids in school. That's true, Trey. I always wondered that myself. Not only did Recess suffer that, but so did Pepper-Ann and Doug! Though I think the reason Recess was better promoted than 101D is because it was a more original series. Whereas 101D is based on an already-existing Disney franchise. Could it be they think original ideas are more profitable than capitalizing on other franchises? Well, maybe not so much anymore these days. Toy Story continues to get tons of publicity these days. I think another reason 101D:TS is never coming out on DVD is because in retrospect, the show does seem a little dated. It's obvious the show takes place in the 90's with all the current technology they have and stuff. I think it's also partially my fault since I created that petition nearly a decade ago, and it's lead to nothing but trouble.

I actually feel; "101 Dalmatians The Series" has age pretty well. I mean, if you compare it to shows like say...Goof Troop, Quack Pack or Sonic Undrground or evn some Garfield Episodes, It stll hlds up today. Likely cause they didn' depend on the; "RADICL, DDE!" or "EXTRME!" slng, Force Culture and cases, that a number of Nineties Show tend to have.
If there's anything that may show what Year the show is in, it's the use of Tapes...but even then, that's a minor thing and "Invasion Of The Puppy Snatchers" does claim; "101 Dalmatians The Series" is set in 1996.
Like I mention though, compare to other Shows in the Nineties; "101 Dalmatians The Series" has actually age REALLY well! I think Trey or Race even has this claims, some posts before, that support how it has age REALLY well, But you get what I mean, Pups? ;3

I am checking some items of; "101 Dalmatians", and I notice a Card about Two-Tone, that may show her Indecisive traits.
It claims; "You nevr know which way Two-Tone may try next", so does that suggest she may be the Bad Pup on one day, and a Good Pup on anothr Day? What you think, Pups? ;3
