Thank you Trey for introducing me to Cellspex. Some of her wording, (and figure expressions), are entertaining.

Well, I just got back from seeing Coco, and...when those people said it was the best Pixar film since Toy Story 3, they were not kidding! Pixar has scored another masterpiece! I think there is no doubt in my mind this will win for Best Animated Feature! I think “Remember Me” could get a nomination for Best Original Song!
Oh, and the Frozen Short was a lot of fun too!
Anyway, here’s AniMatt’s review of it:
It looks like he gave it a 93%, so it just barely edged out the LEGO Batman Movie on his list and now stands as his pick for the best Animated Film of the year!

I do not Know why, but we are not getting Coco untl January, in the U K!
I have, however, been able to see; Olaf's Frozen Adventure, as the Local Cinema did a Screening of it, with Frozen!
That one is really good and I do like how it does expand on the Characters, as well as letting us see more of Adrendelle's Citizens. It has Good Musical Numbers and the humour in the piece works good, too! I also notice, John De Lancie is in; Olaf's Frozen Adventure! There is a Scene, where Anna & Elsa tlk to an elderl pair, and I instantl recognsed John De Lancie, since they sound a lot like Q & Discord, and I did find I was correct, when they show the Credts! Did you notice that it was John De Lancie, Pups!?

That’s one thing I forgot to mention, bab! I too heard John De Lancie in that short! As soon as I heard that guy talk to Elsa, I was like, “OMG, it’s Discord!”

On a sort of side note, I just watched the last 3rd, (it was on TV), of the Pokémon: I Choose You, film.
From what I can gather it feels like an amalgamation of some of the best/iconic scenes from the Kanto series, (and even a tad bit from the Mewtwo movie I would say), but with some new details and characters added in or replaced.
As decent as the movie was, we all know this series will NEVER END! (Unless there was no Pokémon series on the Alolan region...idk. I haven't been watching much TV and I stopped watching the series back during the Unovan region).

I did get to see Coco as well and it was great!
It was a very earnest (no pun intended) tribute to Mexico's Dia de los Muertos festival and it had that type of smart writing that I loved from Pixar of the past.
They always find challenges to make and I will not doubt this will win Best Animated Feature. Though I am surprised the "surprise villain" didn't annoy anyone this time.
I give it an A!

I didn’t think that ever bothered you in the first place, Trey, though I will say when that happened, I was thinking: “I should have known!”

Thank you Trey for introducing me to Cellspex. Some of her wording, (and figure expressions), are entertaining. You're welcome. I like the 'emoticon' style of reviewing too. It does make me wonder if EVE on WALL-E had a review channel.

So in two weeks, the last Animated Film of the year, Ferdinand, will be released. Based on what I saw in the trailers, I’m on the fence about it, but it doesn’t look like something I’d want to blow my money on. We’ll just have to wait until it gets released and hear what the critics will have to say.

It seems Olar’s Frozen Adventure is getting a lot of backlash. It’s mainly because of the length, which audiences today aren’t used to seeing shorts of that length. As a result, many theaters around the world are actually pulling it just so audiences can see Coco without the short. Boy am I glad I got a chance to see it when I had the chance. Though it’s likely going to air on Freeform anyway.

Here it is guys, we just got the final major animated film of the year: Blue Sky's retelling of Ferdinand.
It looks good. Its current RT score is 80%. Plus 81% of viewers liked it.
I might give this a chance.

I might skip out on Ferdinand. Planning to see the new Star Wars film, of course.
