Dalmatians Video I Found

I just found this video:



It claims to be from Disney Junior, but I don't understand why the dialogue is in Japanese. I also don't understand what special connection these pups have with each other. I know the boy pup is Lucky since I saw the horseshoe on his back, but I'm not sure who the girl pup is. Also, why aren't they moving their lips when they talk?

I have seen these Animation Pieces, Belchic!

I think they air on Disney Junior about 2013, also with some shrts about Missis Potts & Chip from; Beauty & The Beast, and Flounder & Sebastian from; Little Mermaid.

I think the Dalmatian, with the Blue Collar, is suppose to be; Freckles, considering the Spots on his Muzzle.
If you also question about Collar Colours and Genders, some Dalmatians do seem to have Multiple Collar Colours, too.

The reason they're nt mving their Muzzles, when they are barking, either, is that...They're not the ones doing so.
It's actuall a Narrator; though, I think the Narratr onl appears in the Musical ones, in the English versio.
