WIth Disney buying Fox, it’s amazing to know how much stuff Disney now owns the rights to! That has me a little scared though because I’m fearing how this may effect the Disney theme parks in the future.

Ooooooooh, we have some information about this, Pups!
It seems that Disney shall Official aqquire Twentieth Century Fox on the first of January in 2019!
Like we post, I wonder what that shall mean, when it comes to their "Animated" Films or the Marvel Cinematic Universe? What you think, Pups!?

babclayman I don't know, from what I've heard is that Disney will not acquire the X-Men and Fantastic Four Characters until the year 2020, as Fox still plans to release X-Men: Dark Phoenix and New Mutants next year. We'll just have to wait and see. The reason for next year was because they had to do reshoots of both films, I have no idea on why they had to do reshoots for X-Men: Dark Phoenix, maybe they wanted to rework it in someway since Disney acquired it, if anyone has information on this, that would really help me understand why X-Men: Dark Phoenix. As for New Mutants, the film got an R rating, when the Director and his team was aiming for a PG-13 rating, so they decided to reshoot some scene's that gave the film the R rating.

Well, now that Disney officially has full ownership of Fox, I just know they’re gonna go after Sony next so that they can acquire the rights to Spider-Man! They’re getting Spider-Man no matter what!

Like I post, Belchic; it is not Official until the First Of January, in 2019!
Like I post, too; Disney & Sony agree to share the Film Rights, for Spider-Man! I think Disney do Official have Spider-Man, when it comes to Books, Comics and Television.
In the case of what Shawn posts; I think I remember Bob Iger claim that the D P Films shall still be R Rated. Though, I do wonder if they shall work Fantastic Four or X Men in to the Marvel Cinematic Universe?
What you think, Pups!?

Yep, he did, but he also said that they would warn the people first beforepaw. I hope so, if they do a reboot of the X-Men for the MCU, I hope they keep the stories coming instead of making only three films per franchise, the X-Men along with Spider-Man does have more stories to be told. For Fantastic Four, I would like to see how the first film goes, I like the second and third one's, the first one was kind of boring, while the fourth one was not only boring, but there was violence that went beyond the PG-13 Rating. I never saw the fourth one and probably never will. Belchic Clayton's right, they have already agreed with sharing the film rights to Spider-Man, the only thing that they don't have is. Eddie Brock aka Venom, Selina Kyle aka Black Cat, Silver Sable, etc. From the Spider-Man Universe.

Considering Marvel has some R rated movies, it is likely Disney will distribute them under one of their other banners like Hollywood Pictures or something like that. babclayman: May I ask, what are these Dr. Pepper movies that you speak of?

It is now Official, Pups!
At Two Minutes past Midnight, this Morning, Eastern Time, Disney has Officially got Twentieth Century Fox! This shall include the Film & Television Shows, but not News or Sports.
Do you think, they shall work DP, Fantastic Four, X-Men In to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, with this, Pups!?

I hope so, I've read that Disney went to see Once Upon a Deadpool, the Christmas Edition of Deadpool 2, so they could see how they can fit Deadpool into their PG-13 MCU, but then I've heard that they are going to indeed keep Deadpool Rated R, but with Fantastic Four, I hope they make a good one for once and involve it like a family film, since that's how it acts. The X-Men Film Series, I would love to see them continue if they end up rebooting the series like Fox did, but only time will tell.

It does appear that Blue Sky Studios shall stay open.
They shall keep making “Animated” Films, with Jennifer Lee, Director & Writer of Frozen and C C O of Walt Disney Animation over seeing the Studio.
What you think of this information, Pups!?

But Disney owns BlueSky Studios now. I guess it’ll be like Pixar and still make it’s own films as its own subdivision but under the Disney banner. With Jennifer Lee in charge, I have a feeling there will be a massive improvement on their films too.
I’m still a little iffy on Disney owning the rights to Deadpool being that it’s an R-rated movie. I still am waiting for Disney to make their first R-rated movie! It’ll most likely flop, but it’ll still be interesting to see nonetheless.

I'm not sure the future looks bright just yet for Blue Sky Studios. I'd seen a few sources that have said or implied Disney will go ahead with the release of the two or three films they already have well along in development, including "Spies in Disguise" later this year, but after that the doors may be closing. I hope they don't, I think it would be cool for them to have three of the top animation studios all under the same umbrella.
