Well, I sure am one of a few members here who haven’t created a journal thread for themselves to b*tch and moan about crap in, so after being here as a member for almost ten years, I’ve decided to create one for myself. Now, I’m gonna start this thread off by saying this:
Spring started just a couple of days ago, but in where I live, it was a strange start of the season, because it was very cold outside that day. Well, the weather is now starting to get warmer here, and that’s the good thing about spring. The bad thing about it, though, is that seasonal allergies just came back to me last night. I’m not kidding. Last night, I’ve been sneezing and blowing my nose a lot.
I really wanted to enjoy the season of spring. I really, really do. But how can one enjoy it if they have to suffer through it from seasonal allergies?

Yeah, I know how you feel about that, Flo, I'm having Allergies kicking in as I write this post, I sneeze most of the time, making the garbage can get filled up to the brim with Kleenex Tissues, since April and May is coming up in two weeks, here's hoping that the Allergy Season will go away soon.
As for the weather, I agree that it is a bit strange for it to be cold out. It's cold over here too.

It’s time that I post here once again. The reason why I’m posting here, right now, is that the post I’m making is MY 15,000TH POST!

Well, it’s been over a year since I’ve used this thread. So, I might as well now post something here that everybody here needs to know.
Now, you guys may have noticed that some images, including Belchic’s current signature image, are not showing. The reason for that is that these particular images were on TinyPic. I was at that site some time ago, and when I logged on there, a message popped up, saying that the site would shut down, therefore, all the images there are on that site would be gone from that site for good. I managed to get all my images there saved on my device. Now, I’m putting all those images up on NickPic.
So, yeah. Tinypic has shut down, and all the images that were there are gone from there forever.

That does explain what happened to Belchic's Signature.
That probably means, it's going to start affecting a lot of the Screen Pages on here, too.
What is NickPics like, as an Image Hosting Site, Flo!?

NickPic is like how PhotoBucket used to be, except from what I’ve seen of this site so far, a limit is not put on how many images you can upload in an account, and you don’t need to pay any money for more storage.

I’ve been doing some roleplays in private in a few places on the Internet, one of which is this forum, and in some of these roleplays I do, some of the people who I roleplay with in those private roleplays often put very little in their posts. They would either put in one small sentence or just have characters say things. That doesn’t give anyone much of anything to work with. If someone is gonna make a post in a roleplay, then they should put some effort into making their posts detailed. Either that, or they don’t make a post in it.
Seriously, it’s really annoying when roleplayers do only the bare minimum when they make their posts. For months, now, I’ve been a member of a ProBoards forum that highly expects roleplayers there to put a great deal of effort into their roleplay posts, and I’m glad that I joined that forum. I’m sure that I made the right choice of joining that forum. It may seem too much for some people, but it’s only right that the rules in that forum regarding roleplay posts were put in place.
I really hope that roleplayers who do only the bare minimum for each roleplay post would take this into consideration and not brush it off, and that they would actually put more effort into their roleplay posts, because it’s ridiculous seeing posts like those that don’t give other roleplayers enough to work with.

Actually, Ace, these people should know on their own to put more effort into their roleplay posts, and they should’ve known to do that by now.
Also, if you’re not into roleplaying at all, then it’s best that you stay out of the matter and leave it to the people who know how to roleplay properly to settle it.

I can understand where you are coming from, Flo! Like you post; We do need some thing to work with, when posting in the R P.
Though, some times, some thing is posted in an R P, which we are honestly not sure how to respond. I also think, at least, in the case of I M R P, there is also that pressure to respond as quickly as possible, which may explain why some posts may be short, too.
I do understand what you mean, by your post, though. How long would you claim is an appropriate post length, Flo!?

That’s why I suggest that people who roleplay, especially in private, should either make a detailed roleplay post that has actual effort put into it or don’t make the post at all. And I don’t care how long it takes for a person to take their turn in a private roleplay.
As for how long I think a roleplay post should at least be, I don’t have a set length for that. It just has to have enough detail for other roleplayers to work with, that’s all.

Though, if it is believed that there really should be a crash course on how to make roleplay posts properly, then I will post a link to one. There’s a crash course on that in the forum I mentioned earlier, and here it is: worldsofdisney07.proboards.com/thread/7705

So, as everybody knows, today is April Fools’ Day. But when I went to one of the forums I’m a member of earlier today, I found out from one of the admins there that Congress has postponed April Fools’ Day until June 1.
I find this to make no sense for that to happen, because it’s called April Fools’ Day, which means that it can happen only in April and not in any other month. I understand that this is happening because of the coronavirus, but because of that, April Fools’ Day might as well not be even a thing at all this year. I never even liked April Fools’ Day, and I don’t even know why it was ever a thing, to begin with.

I don't need anyone to tell me to stay out of the matter and leave it to those who know how to roleplay properly to settle it for I'll settle it myself alright? Uh, yes, you do need someone to tell you to stay out of the matter and leave it to those who know how to roleplay properly to settle it. You’re not one to settle something like this, since you’ve stated that you’re not into roleplaying. You have to be an expert roleplayer in order to earn the right to settle something like this, and an expert roleplayer you are not. Now, we’re getting off the subject. I already started talking about something else in this thread, as you know.

Okay, I just have to say something about Ace Jones.
When he first joined this forum as spunky2006, I thought he’d be a decent guy to have here and would grow to be a better person over the years he’s been a member here. Lately, though, he had been having an attitude with some of the other members here. He was acting immature and delusional, and he was giving some of us back talk like a little kid. I never thought he would act like this. Seriously, I don’t know what this guy’s problem is.
Most recently, he took two characters of mine, claimed them as his own, and put false information about them. One of those characters is Checkers, my only second generation character on here. The other character is Reggie, a character I created specifically for my own ProBoards forum called Dalmatians In The Jungle. I never thought he would just take other people’s characters, claim them as his own, and put false information about them.
And that image of Reggie that he has on his Twitter profile, that was made by someone I know back at DeviantART and FurAffinity, and I gave that person permission to make that pic. I did NOT, however, give Ace permission to use that pic for his Twitter profile.
I don’t know how he went from being a decent guy to a defiant thief just like that. After seeing his recent actions, though, I doubt that he will change for the better, even in years to come.
