Personality: Arrow is deliciously and simply naughty. He delights in being bad, and misbehaving. He's the puppy that pulls sheets off the clothesline and chews them up. He is the puppy that digs holes in your garden, and piddles on everything. He is the puppy that chews up your newspaper and leaves wet little pieces of paper everywhere. He is a nuisance. The only reason he remains at the farm at all is because Roger and Anita are far too kind for their own good, and put up with his antics with understandable frustration. Most of the other puppies on the farm detest Arrow, and his only friend really is his brother Bo, who thinks his antics are funny. His own parents fair no better. Rebecca tries and fails time and again to reel Arrow in and teach him a lesson, but the naughty pup simply refuses to behave. He seems to live by his own rules, and won't listen to anyone. Has antisocial personality disorder.
Bio: The oldest in a large litter, born out of a mating between Dipstick and Rebecca after the latter left Lucky because he chose Two-tone over her. Arrow spends his childhood and early teenage years making a nuisance out of himself all over the farm, and generally making everyone hate him. Unable to live by the farm's rules, he eventually leaves of his own voalition to live elsewhere, and takes his brother Bo with him. They eventually meet a pretty stray named Pixie and form a small gang with her, living as street dogs and having fun together. Pixie eventually betrays Arrow by mating with his new friend Buster, much to his chagrin, and he abandons her there in the junkyard to go live with his brother on their own once again.

The other puppies, especially his siblings, are far too emotional for him to handle. He seems to prefer the company of Arrow. Arrow isn't mushy gushy or constantly crying, like Shelby, and unlike the other puppies, Bo finds Arrow's antics to be humorous. Bo never really finds actual love, and is content with it. He is fine with remaining Arrow's third in command next to Pixie when the two run away together and eventually meet her, and becomes a very stoic uncle to his brother's puppies later in life. Is indifferent to Pixie's later betrayal and just happy to be on his own with his brother again.

Personality: Cupid looks exactly like Dipstick did as a puppy (except with liver spots). The difference is, he's spattered with heart inside and out. Cupid has a heart of gold, he's very kind and always tries to do the right thing. He's a little slow upstairs, not unlike his father, so he sometimes misses important little cues and details. Take his sister, for instance. Cupid sticks to Twitter like glue once he realizes she's blind. He pities her, and thinks her helpless, and so vows to stick by her side and be her eyes and ears. The only trouble is, Twitter is more annoyed by his constant help than grateful, and wishes he'd leave her alone sometimes. Cupid just thinks he's being helpful though.

Twitter is a canine Snow White and it's not unusual to see her surrounded by small animals who are comforted and happy in her presence, and with two or three birds perched on her head and back.

Duke later dumps her because he likes Cassandra and thinks she's prettier. When Rodrick stumbles across a heartbroken Annabelle crying about what Duke did to her, it makes him angry enough to pick a fight in her honor. Ever since that day, smitten with his bravery and valor, Annabelle has stuck to Rodrick's side like glue.

She often suffers from confidence issues arising from her appearance, which is almost identical to her father's.

Personality: Melvin is as dumb as a brick. Everyone thought Dipstick was dumb as a puppy, but Melvin is worse. If Melvin were insulted, it would take him a few minutes to even realize it was an insult, and longer to be insulted by it. If someone told him to do something, he would probably do it without even thinking. As a result, he's accidentally stepped on his friends' toes a few times and hurt people he never intended to. Best friends with Claude, because slow pup is slow and both are okay with each other's slowness.

Personality: Melina is slow like her father, and hit every branch on the ugly tree falling down. She has good intentions but tends to mess things up whenever she tries to help others. As a result, she doesn't have a whole lot of friends outside of her own siblings, except for Claude. Claude and Melina became good friends from day one, since he overlooked her appearance and didn't mind her slowness or clumsiness. They eventually have a litter together.

They love to use him as a dress-up dolly and as a result he grows to love dressing in outfits and wearing pink, much to his mother's chagrin. Shelby gets bullied and made fun of a lot for his girly appearance and attitude, but he still continues to be himself despite it. He loves the color pink, collecting teddy bears, playing dress-up and having tea parties.
