I have not seen any major anger about Dolly, that gets to that point, Two-Tone. I mean, not to the level that I have seen for the Characters of other Films or Shows.
I can understand there being some Episodes, which are concerning about her, such as how she gets in "The Perfect Match", but most of the time, Dolly does admit when she does some thing wrong, and tries to make things right, such as "Poodlefall".
Some thing that is intriguing about her is that Dolly does have some hidden depths. While being impulsive, Dolly does seem to be very observant, such as recognising all that Deepak does about the House in "The Wow Of Miaow".
While she loves to tease Dylan, it is also apparent that Dolly loves her family. Case in point, she confesses that Dylan is the one who wrote "Clouds Are Spots" in "Poetry Scam", and then helps Dylan with his Performance Anxiety. The fact she also sets up the "Winter Funderland" is cause she wanted to give Pups a taste of Snow. Or, in "Right Royal Rumble", while she may not think much of Royalty, she makes it clear that she does not want the other pups who do to be deprived of seeing the royal carriage because of Clarissa's "viewing platform", stating that her plan is for the pups rather than getting back at Clarissa. There is also a sweet scene in "Fetch", where Dolly assures Dawkins, when she needs to hide the Fetch he has.
Then, when the situation gets serious, she shall take her Big Sister Role very seriously, too. Numerous Episodes show that Dolly shall place her Family's needs before her own (such as "Poetry Scam", "Don't Push Your Luck" or "Dotty Dancing")!
So, like I post, while there are Episodes which I can understand Dolly being concerning, she will often realise this, admit when she does some thing wrong, and tries to make things right.
You understand what I mean, Pups?
