Since the game show Hey Yahoo! has been around for almost a month, now, I thought it would be a good idea to make it into a game that we can play here.
Here’s how this works. The person in control posts a question with a blank at the end and the initial letters of the top five searches on Yahoo! that complete the question. Each search (answer) has a different point value, with the point values being, from top to bottom, 100, 75, 50, 25, and 10 points. A person who attempts to guess must choose an answer by point value, and the person in control of the question must add a letter to that question (unless there’s only one letter left in that answer, in which case, no more letters are added to that answer). The person who chooses that answer must guess that answer, and they score the points and keep their turn if they are correct or lose their turn if they are incorrect.
The round is played until all five answers are correctly guessed or six incorrect guesses are made. At the end of the round, the person with the most points wins that round and gets to set the question in the next round.
I’ll start this game off with this question:
How can I make my hair _____?
100 - G___ F_____ 75 - T______ 50 - C____ 25 - G___ 10 - L___ F_____
Who would like to take the first shot at this?
