What surprises me though is that I didn't think a lot of this came from 2002. It's funny because my year of kindergarten was 2002-2003, so I either caught this stuff in late reruns or my mom let me watch this stuff at an early age.
Then again, I started watching SpongeBob when I was 3 or 4 and it was brand-spanking new (I also know this b/c my little sis was born in 1999), so it's anyone's game, really.

E's face started to get redder as her tail wagged at a rapid pace. "Of course, Carson! I'd LOVE to help you!" She grinned, shooting a look at Billie and Kent.
"No flippin' way," Kent muttered, running outside of the barn.
Billie just rolled her eyes at the Vandercream puppy. "What an idiot," she growled under her breath. Molly however perked up at the sight of her boyfriend, Adonis.
"Hi Adonis! Everything is going just right here. We've been setting up hay bales all morning. I can't wait for the dance." She smiled at the mix hound.

E waved back eagerly to the heavy star-collared puppy. "Hi Carson! Whatcha doing?" she called to him eagerly. Not like he would notice, but E was persistant and optimistic. Billie and Kent, however, just rolled their eyes.
"He's not into you," Kent told the Dal/Dachshund, with a laugh. "He doesn't even know you exist!"
"HEY, SHUT UP KENT! Maybe he does know I exist, huh? Maybe he does know!" E screamed back at Kent, swinging her paws wildly to try and hit him. Billie focused herself in the middle of the two, breaking up the fight. Molly however, was crouched behind a hay bale, trembling in fear.
"Both of ya, stop it!" Molly whispered. "We're supposed t' be setting up, not fighting!" Billie glanced down at her, then focused her attention back to the fighting puppies.
"Stop... it... NOW. Both of you. Or the dance won't be ready." E glared at Kent, but wriggled out of Billie's grasp and continued to position the pumpkins. Kent, however, had another plan in mind.

I didn't know when I should post this, but I'm currently having writer's block for Flux's girlfriend, so I figured "why not"?
That being said, here is Vernon, my gen 2 bully:
Name: Vernon
Nicknames: Vern
Gender: Male
Species: Canine
Breed: Dalmatian
Age: About 13 in dog mentality
Height: Roughly the same as Patch in the series
Weight: 1lb less than series Patch
Eyes: Green
Collar: Black with a small silver chain hanging over the front
Marital Status: Single
Sexuality: Straight
Alignment: Semi-evil/Bully
Parents: Dalia and unknown Dalmatian (will be updated once she gets a mate)
Appearance: Vernon is a tricolor Dalmatian, which means that he has liver spots with lemon sots spread around in a fashion similar to a Doberman. He retains the same two spots on the bridge of his nose like his mother, and the same “white with liver spots liver with white spots” ear pattern. The most distinct thing about him, however, is the small array of spots on his right foreleg that shapes into a flame.
Personality: Vernon is very bitter and ready-minded. He bullies out of anger and insecurity- he’s mute and large, and can only communicate through growling. As such, he was subject to bullying when he was younger, which in turn led the large Dal to bully back and start to enjoy it. He is more thoughtful and able to think of a stable plan than his mother, but he does have his moments of low wit. Most people assume that he’s dumb right off the bat, which will only result in him bullying them. He also retains his mother’s temper; however it is not as easily set off as his mother’s. Vernon has a crush on Marie, Rosalina and Shadow’s daughter, but is too afraid to admit it because of his muteness, and the fact that he’s a bully and Marie’s brother Capey might try to beat him up.
One day, having been bullied for the final time that he would allow, Vernon silently swore revenge against those who picked on him. He just needed to find out where. So, Vernon left a message in the dirt by the old wagon that Mooch the sheepdog used to hang around, only to get a long-winded reply from Hotshot, the leader of the group, about how they are bullies and, at the time, were looking for a muscle. Excited by this discovery, Vernon joined Hotshot's group, becoming good friends with him, Cassidy, and the other puppy in the group.

From underneath the table, an amber-colored puppy crouched, her equally chocolate eyes following the trail of the puppy known as Carson. She smiled timidly. What a dog! She wanted nothing more that night except to dance once with him. A dreamy grin crossed her maw as she started to daydream.
"E! WE'RE SUPPOSED TO BE SETTING UP!"
A shrill voice in her ear and a sharp smack on her face woke E, the Dalmatian and Dachshund mix, right up. Her eyes glanced upward nervously to see a Dalmatian puppy wearing a blue-and-white bandanna with blaze-like spots and streaks all over her body. The Dalmatian sneered at E, quickly turning tail. "C'mon you slacker, we gotta help Kent and Molly with the decorations!" She growle, starting to pad out into the center of the barn where Kent, a male mischief maker and Molly, a resident sweetheart, were algining some hay bales and pumpkins.
"A'right Billie, I'm here! Wouldja stop freaking?" E dashed out from underneath the table, several paces ahead Billie, and jumped up on top of a pumpkin.
"There you are!" Molly exclaimed, shifting her focus. "Where 'ave you been? We've been waiting!" Kent just growled in irritation. "Lazy," he muttered under his breath, which just caused E to shoot him a look.
"Heh, well, that's kind of a long story..."
(OOC: I'll be using E, Billie, Molly, and Kent. I might add in Denver or Vernon later on.)

Patch/Colette seems a little wayward to me, seeing how Colette is a lot prissier than Patch, whereas Patch really just wants to stand out from the rest of the crowd. It COULD work, given the correct circumstances, however.
I liked Tripod/Annette for what it was worth, even though I still upwardly support Tripod/Cadpig and Pooka/Annette. Rolly/Danielle I sort of grew out of, although I still have my one child for them.
