The forum mentions Halloween as the event of the month. So, guys, does anybody already have particular plans what to do on Halloween? How are you going to dress up? Are you going to attend a Halloween party? Are you going to scare the crap out of somebody's ass? ;D

I would love it to be something related to 101D. You probably guess - I'm going to dress up as Cruella de Vil. But this time better than the first time. But let it be a surprise I'll post the picture on that same day. And if I find a place where a Halloween party will be going, I'll attend it in my Cruella costume.

I must say, I would love to see some people from here, dressed up as their fanmade characters. For example, Luckyolwe as Olwe, or Babclayman as Clayton.... that would be cool ;D

I don't think I'm gonna dress up as anyone for Halloween.

If anything I'll probably be stuck working on my senior project for school x.x since it takes so much bloody work. And eating sweets of course

I have only been trick or treating once, I probably just hand out candy too. Things are usually quiet for Halloween where I am. Last year barely 4 groups knocked on our door for candy. Though, Halloween usually is raining. Still…I wish Halloween was more fun where I am.

It's not really a holiday here. But kids go around anyway. The guys in marketing probably thought; "Hey, American pop culture has struck a strong root in our society now, Let's exploit it! Just like Valentine's day which have no tradition here whatsoever. Let's get the kids to force their parents into spending loads of money on a hoax holiday trend..."
If I remember history, Halloween was originally a Celtic ritual, so I guess adopting the tradition has already been done a couple of times, but the motives for having it here... It's just so... plastic.
What am I gonna do?
I'm gonna uninstall my door bell, hide under some coats accompanied by my good friend Jim Beam and wait for it all to blow over...
