She didn't voice one of the dogs. She only guest starred on this one episode. She voiced the pound keeper's nephew.

I've never watched the orginial show but I remember that there was book based on it that I used to check out from the library a lot when I was little, but I honestly didn't know there was a new Pound Puppies show until I cought it on TV the other day, and I was pleasently surprised to hear John DiMaggio as the Sheep Dog.

I hate to tell you this guys, but I did some research, and unfortunately, this show has been canceled. TV Tropes has confirmed this. That really sucks too, because this show looked like it had some good potential.

That really sucks too, because this show looked like it had some good potential. Once again, you're wrong. It's been given a second season - a total of 52 episodes. However, its animation crew got fired and, because of such, the series is on hiatus until the new animation crew finishes.

"A new Pound Puppies TV show began in 2010, featuring a completely new cast of characters, but still using the Hogan's Heroes / The Great Escape with dogs format. It ran for 7 episodes, and is believed to be cancelled (or at least on Schedule Slip)."
Hunts is right. TV Tropes is like Wikipedia, anyone can edit it and the person who said that was wrong.
Shame about the animation crew change. I thought this show was pretty well animated but there must have been delays or issues behind the scenes. I hope the new crew keeps the old style and we don't get an "American Dragon" style art shift.

Say what you want, but I don't see the show ever returning, and for two really good reasons:
1. Like 101 Dalmatians, the show had a lack of popularity, and it failed to achieve a cult following unlike what the My Little Pony series did.
2. Judging by how bad America's economy is at the moment, I don't see them hiring any new animators anytime soon, especially not for cartoon series' that aren't that high on demand.

my guess is that it wasn't like the original Pound Puppies. (anthro main characters with clothes on, and dog hating villains)

1. While cult following are good they don't make or break a show. At the end of the day Pound Puppies is designed to sell toys to kids not be the next SpongeBob and Hasbro is not going to give up after seven episodes. The show isn't a mega-hit but it's widely believed to be good or okay and they are moving forward.
2. Most animated shows farm out the animation overseas to cut costs. Not to mention the entertainment industry hasn't been hit as hard as some industries (people are sad, they want want happy programs to cheer them up for a bit). And given the goal again is "get the brand name out and sell toys" of course they are going to hire new animators.
These statements are not based on fact or anything gathered from official or unoffical but "in the know" news sources, they are purely assumption on your behalf that is not backed by anything. Paraphrasing the bad guy in "Under Siege 2: Dark Territory" said "Assumption is the mother of all mistakes."

Well, to be quite honest, I really don't know where Huntsman or Race are getting all this information about "Pound Puppies" or the return of "101 Dalmatians". I really want to believe what you guys are saying, but I can't find any evidence anywhere other than unreliable sources like Wikipedia or TV Tropes. All I'm asking for is some legitimate proof (like a link to a video or article), but instead, all I get is arguments from you guys, and you're just forcing me to take your word for it.

I'm sick of your crap. You're always making sh*t up and you never own up when you are incorrect. Here is all of the proof you need, although I'm sure you'll find some way to come up with a bullsh*t theory about how it's going to get cancelled. The reason I deleted my account again is because you started ****ing about how 101 Dalmatians: The Series sucked again and would never return to television, and when I called you out on your sh*t, you deleted the entire topic. If that proof isn't enough for you, then how about this? So what now? Are you going to delete this topic as well?

You're just snapping at me from out of nowhere when there is really nothing to get so angry about. Will you please just stop doing this and just calmly talk things over with me instead of losing your temper with me all the time? I'm SICK of listening to you ****ing about everything that I say! Also, I thought I'd correct you on something, Huntsman: I did NOT delete that topic! Two-Tone did! I do not have the power to delete topics in this section of the board; I only have control over the "Screenshots" section!

It's not out of nowhere, you lie repeatedly then don't admit it and never ever apologize. You spread false information and try to pass your "screw attack 'I hate everything' " attitude off as fact.
And even before all this was a post by me a month ago on this very page of this very thread confirming it had already been renewed.
