So I just got some updates on Season 7.
Not only is it resuming on August 5, but TWO new episodes will be airing! Those said episodes will of course be the two that have already been leaked out in Australia.
After that, there will be one new episode airing every Saturday morning up until October 28. That is when the season finale will air, so it sounds like Season 7 and the movie will be intertwining with each other.
I also got word that the season finale will be a 2-parter.
I will talk in more detail about these episodes as they air, but I will keep them spoiler-free. I promise.

What I hear is; in a Coming Episode, Twilight causes issues, by publishing the Friendship Journals...cause, apparently, trying to publish some one's Diary may upst them!
We also have Spike trying to invite Ember & Thorax to meet him, so we get to see them together. That is a possible idea, considering both Ember & Thorax are the rulrs of their Species, Aren' they?
We also have Applejack, Rainbow Dash & Rarity telling the Cutie Mark Crusaders Flk Tales. I do wonder, what shall those ones be like?

Well, tomorrow is the big day. MLP is resuming production, and we're getting not one, but two episodes; to be more precise, the two that have been out in Australia for over a month already. I won't be able to watch it until the afternoon though because I'm going to a wedding tomorrow morning.

Okay! I got a chance to watch the episodes!
To start things off, the Discord episode was surprisingly good. It's nice to see that Fluttershy accepts him for being so chaotic, but seeing him fade away due to being normal was completely unexpected! Though I don't get the significance of the sneezing piñata.
Now for the Applejack episode. Well, it seems William Shatner was the voice of Grand Pear. Unusual character for someone like him. I also like how they revealed a new location called "Vanhoover". A ponified version of a city in California? Nice! As for AJ's parents, yes, we now get to see what they look like for real...but we STILL have no concrete evidence on whether or not they are dead! For all we know, they could still be alive, and if they're not, then WHAT IN ALL BLUE BLAZES HAPPENED TO THEM??? Seriously, Hasbro! Why must you always keep us in the dark about this?!
So anyway, that's those episodes.
Next week, Twilight publishes the journal she worked on back in Season 4, and the Mane 6 argue over which one learned the best friendship lesson.

TONIGHT, Twilight gets covered in ice cream, Rarity goes crazy, and the Mane 6 break into a song out of nowhere.
I will say, I was amazed by this episode at first until the very end. I'll explain why later.
First off...we now have Toolaroola! The one main Pony from the G3 series who hasn't appeared in G4 yet until now! And apparently...she's a Filly?
Well, the episode wasn't what I expected. It seems the idea of Twilight publishing the friendship journal ended up backfiring because it caused an angry mob of ponies to flood to Ponyville and stress out the Mane 6. I'm willing to bet these said ponies represent the Bronies and Pegasisters who rant about the little things and argue over who is best pony!
Starlight seemed to be the only sane one here, and she managed to solve the problem. However, that brings us to the end... The Mane 6 had a happy friendship moment but we're still locked in the castle surrounded by an angry mob of ponies! But does that get resolved? No! Twilight just decides to brush it off! This series has continuity! How do they get rid of those relentless fan-ponies? It begs an explanation! Even the most complex plots in the series were resolved, and they showed how they did it!
I was about to brand this as my favorite episode of the series, but that ending just ruined it for me! You can't just end an episode by just brushing off a conflict leaving it unresolved!
Anyway, next week, Spike invites Thorax and Ember to Ponyville. I can't wait for Ember's grand return!

TONIGHT, Ember sneezes, Thorax turns into a bear, Spike lies about ice cream, and Derpy gets a muffin stolen from her.
I think this was a great episode. Not just because of Ember's return, but it's good to see how much she and Thorax care about Spike and how they both learned about each other's flaws and taught each other on how they can improve. When I heard Spike was being called to solve a friendship problem, I had a feeling that would be it. Again, predictable, but not nerve-wracking. Though I find it weird that Ember wasn't able to tell the difference between Starlight and Twilight. I mean, yes, they are similar in a lot of ways, but they are certainly not identical twins.
Next week, we are getting a sequel to "Sleepless in Ponyville" that nobody asked for.

I had been waiting in months for Ember to return.

TONIGHT, Apple Bloom gets bitten by a bug, Rarity performs shadow puppets, and Scootaloo rides on Rainbow Dash's stomach.
Well, this sequel to "Sleepless in Ponyville" was kind of a misleading episode. I wasn't expecting the camping trip to be ruined by a swarm of bugs forcing them to be trapped in a cave. Though I have a feeling Rockhoof, Mistmane and Flash Magnus are going to be added to the Ensemble Dark Horse list. Also, Scootaloo is not only still a fraidy cat, but she makes Fluttershy look like Brave Heart Lion! I was also strangely expecting Maud to show up in this episode.
Overall, this was an ok episode, even though it wasn't what I was expecting.
Next week, Starlight and Trixie go to help Thorax with a friendship problem. I'm excited about this one!

TONIGHT, Starlight and Trixie get trapped in a bag, Thorax changes into a flamingo, and the Changelings face off against an indestructible monster.
I will say, this episode was ok. Starlight and Trixie have maintained the chemistry they had in their last adventure.
I was t sure how it was going to end, but I knew it was somehow going to turn out good in the end.
Also, none of the Mane 6 appear in this episode, but Twilight is mentioned a couple times.
Next week, A.K. Yearling announces she is retiring...and I assume this will cause Rainbow Dash to throw a fit.

TONIGHT, Pinkie smells a muffin, Rainbow Dash flips out numerous times, and we get to see a new town in Equestria.
Well, this episode was good, but still predictable. Daring Do was framed for something she didn't do and was banned from the town. This sounds like another re-hash of a Powerpuff Girls episode; it reminded me a lot of the episode, "Town and Out".
Still, while predictable, it was still a good episode. It was nice to see Rainbow and Pinkie go on another adventure together.
Next week, Rarity does something to her mane.

I think that is correct, Shawn. Equestria Daily is a reliable source, when it comes to M L P Information.
May I ask, when the Film is set to air, again?
It does make me wonder, though; Would they have those, who appear in the Film, appear in the Show, too? What do you think, Pups

TONIGHT, Rarity takes a shower, Pinkie twists her neck, and some background ponies get speaking lines.
I enjoyed this episode a lot, even though it was predictable. I mean, this is a plot that's been done to death in other cartoons. Regardless, I have a feeling this episode is going to become a fan favorite since I know how much the Rarity fans love seeing her go all Drama queen; I mean seriously, we haven't seen an episode where she does that in a LONG time! Also, what's this? We have another episode that features ALL of the Mane 6?
It was also good to see Zecora make her long-awaited comeback, but I think her house may have gotten an upgrade.
I didn't know Twilight's doors were made of wood!
As for Pinkie Pie, I rest my case about her: she'll throw a celebration for ANYTHING, even the most insignificant things!
As for Rarity's new look, that's going to become a new meme without a doubt!
Overall, this episode has earned my seal of approval.
Next week...whoa! This is a surprise! ANOTHER Zecora episode! Only in this one, Fluttershy is the main focus.

Lucky, how are you so sure the series is ending after the movie? A Season 8 has been confirmed. Where did you hear about its cancellation? Though you do have somewhat of a point. The series has had a little bit of a downgrade over the years, and seeing that it's getting a movie, that's usually when popular shows start to get a decline. I think MLP will continue to run just as long as the Bronies continue to watch it. babclayman: The movie is getting released on October 6. However, you live in the U.K., so for you, it comes out on October 20.
