The Nut Job dated hyper quick too. Psy's not a one hit wonder but doing a big Gangnam Style dance number in the end credits with him cameoing feels 2012.

Along with the fact the film is suppose to be set in the FIFTIES! Gangnam Style just feels out of place, doesn't it?

Nut Job was a period piece? (Googles quickly)...Holy cow it was. That's an unusual choice to set a kid's film in 1959.

And yet the people who made Titanic: The Legend Goes On thought it would be ok to put a rapping dog in a film that takes place in 1912!

Thought I would give an update on the films released this year.
The final movie of 2014 is going to be Big Hero 6. Just like what happened with Mr. Peabody and Sherman Home is getting held back until next year.

I found out that whoever's idea it was to release Rainbow Rocks in the theaters on the day they chose (September 27), they sure didn't plan it well. It's going to be released the day after The Boxtrolls gets released. With that in mind, I'm sure it'll do very poorly in theaters.

Well, Rainbow Rocks is mainly a Made For Television Movie, isn't it? How often do they air those in Cinema in the US?
With the Home film, that concerns me a bit. Either they're trying to fix it, so it will have a positive reaction like Peabody & Sherman, or it is weak and is getting a January airing. What you think it is, Pups? O.O

Is Dreamworks responsible for Home? They've already released a lot of films this year. That's the problem with Dreamworks, releasing 2 or 3 films a year just shows another fine example that quantity over quality is not a good thing.
Also, bab, I still don't know where you keep hearing that "all January releases are bad". That's clearly stereotyping, and it's not always true. I'll have you know that 101 Dalmatians was originally a January release, so are you saying that makes it bad?

The "Animated" "101 Dalmatians" is an Amazing Film, that one is an exception from a January case (I never said Exceptions didn't exist), and it's first screening is nearer to the Febuary season. Also, that is with Sixties standards, so things may differ back then than they do today. In Modern Cinema though, January is somewhat a bad sign. Not always, but considering films like Nut Job and Bride Wars, it gets awkward.
That make sense, Belchic?

Well, they're advertising the Toy Story Christmas thing! Well, more like they're advertising a Television Service, with the supposed Dinosaur Toys being a bit tribal in their nature.
It is also possible that Rex and Trixie (I think that's the name of the female Dinosaur) will have their Backstories looked into a bit as well.
It may also feature a Christmas Tree Kitten too.
Any of you Pups seen these adverts? o.o

It has been a bit since the last major animated film, but the next one, as of this writing, is The BoxTrolls.
It is from Laika, the same company that made movies like Coraline and ParaNorman.

Yeah, I'm not looking forward to that. I know Rainbow Rocks is getting released in theaters the following day, though I doubt any theater near me will play it. Hey, Trey_Vore, did you see the 2015 Animated Films topic I started?

I see some adverts showing for the film that Trey mentions. I do have suspicions on it, although the animation on it and Rainbow does make it noticeable amongst the CGI Animation, doesn't it?
Although, if what I hear on a third Equestria Girls, is the animation for that to be the same or have the French Studio on that one?

I hear some factors on Big Hero Six. From what I hear, there is going to be a Frozen Short before the film, like what Pixar tend to do with their films or the Mickey Mouse Short that airs before Frozen too.
What you think the Short will be on, Pups? ;3

From what I heard the short is suppose to be a sequel to the first film.
