Yeah, if you look at her Imdb page, you'll see that she has a LOOOOO…..*many minutes later* OOOT of work in the voice acting field alone. She has a mix of leading and supporting roles overall, I do wonder one thing, well two. 1, how much free time does she have to simply relax, and of course 2, how much freakin' money does she make?

I don't really know about Ninja Gaiden, (I've heard of it but never played it; not really interested). Though honestly that does kinda make me wanna play Lollipop Chainsaw for now exactly 3 reasons: -ZOMBIES! -Tara Strong -A fairly sufficient soundtrack consisting of several licensed songs I know or have heard of, (Toni Basil's "Mickey" and Dead or Alive's "You Spin Me Right Round" for example).
Also, while, unlike Juliet from LC, Harley Quinn in Arkham City doesn't sound exactly like Tara Strong's typically-heard voice, (namely that of Twilight Sparkle or Juliet), you can sort of hear it…if you think of a voice similar to Twilight's, just perhaps a little more obnoxious or loud…and, (as this one YouTuber in a Matthew Santoro video mentioned), with a bit of Southern Belle to the voice, apparently. Also, since Tara voices 'Harleen' in Arkham City she naturally also voices not just Harley but also Raven in the other DC-based video game "Injustice: Gods Among Us".

I know this is sort of off-topic since it's not directly MLP:FIM-related I suppose but after watching, (or rather WHILE watching), Angry Joe's review of that ridiculous zombie chainsawing game called "Lollipop Chainsaw", I realized one thing upon hearing the lead character's voice...she's voiced by Tara Strong, (who we know has done lots of family-friendly and especially child-friendly cartoons in her filmography). Yes she's played perhaps an emo-ish character like Raven perhaps, but still cartoon, and apparently Harley Quinn in Arkham City, but as obvious as the voice is...THIS is the role that surprises me. ^^; I kinda wanna ask her one thing if I ever get a chance to even text or email her; How did you feel doing the voice acting for Lollipop Chainsaw?

Keep in mind these have to be LEGIT video game ideas, (just ideas you or one might make if they entered the VG entertainment field perhaps as more of a sincere, hard-working indie developer). I decided to make this thread after moments ago coming up with a general idea for a video game. While I am a story/character-based gamer, I have played at least Civilization Revolution, (the only console installment to Sid Meier's Civilization franchise which is a 4ex, {Explore the land, Expand your territory, Exploit resources and alliances, and Exterminate any foes}, strategy-based game in which you can choose 1 of several real-life cultures to play as, each with benefits, and maybe a downside. Imo, the most annoying to not play as is France perhaps. (Making alliances then shortly after dropping them, is what I've seen Napoleon do). But perhaps one of the best to play as is Romans…wonder why. Anyway this idea sort of came to me when I was thinking of Civ Rev and also the latest Epic Rap Battle of History, (released on Memorial Day on YouTube), which is Lewis & Clark, (played by Rhett and Link), VS Bill & Ted, (played by Lloyd and Peter, the main ERB guys). Anyway, the idea of this game in general is very much similar to Civilization or the Total War games, but given the details I have in mind, it would most likely take place in North America or, (if it were to follow Civilization), using North American cultures as of 1800 perhaps, (various Native American tribes, English, French, Spanish settlers or just the colonists). BUT, in regards to least the NA options, (Sioux, Iroquois, etc), unlike the traditional Civ game, you'd have an option to advance with America slowly, keeping to more traditional measures and perhaps at the most reaching an 'Amish'-like setup, (mostly traditional but perhaps slightly industrial but community-based), OR give in easily and just try to catch up with the rest of the nation, but either route may have a potential con to it. Like perhaps if you were to traditional, your culture would in turn be sturdy and strong and most likely your towns or villages wouldn't turn over to others unless they absolutely need to, {lack of food, production, etc}, Of course due to this variety of options there is a slight possibility, (so as to be fair), that the game wouldn't entirely follow the history of 19th century America, (you know, Trail of Tears, practically genocide, etc.), and if the map is set-up in a randomly-generated manner, you won't need to move your territory away from the Colonists/Americans if they get too near. However, certain tribes are more likely to keep a peace treaty for longer periods of time without drastic increases in the bargain, while of course others aren't. Certain natives will of course get along with the French settlers, I'll say that much. What do you think overall? ^^; Also, the way I see it with this game, if you choose natives and traditional means, the goal is to survive the expansion of the colonists, (meaning manifest destiny may be goal of certain colonists). This is just a general idea though which is why it may seem contradictory to itself or confusing. I'm no designer though. And since I've only played Civ Rev, (none of the other Civilization games), and not a single Total War game, (I hope to play Empire: Total War when I get a laptop), I'm not entirely which style would fit better for perhaps a more fun or 'free' form of 4ex gaming. P.S. Here's some examples from Civilization Revolution in terms of starting bonuses. -Spaniards start with knowledge of navigation, (allowing for galleons and seafaring trips into deeper waters away from the coast). -Russians start off with a larger awareness of the land, (therefore you don't have to travel as much in terms of the proximal region which would normally be covered in fog), but I like the mystery of finding out myself. -French start off with a wonderful Cathedral to say the least. -Romans start off with a Republic w/ a Code of Laws. -Aztecs get a massive amount of money -and Mongols can persuade barbarians to join their village rather than fight twice to maybe not get the village.

Random Fact #2,059
If you think about it, at least in regards to Christianity/Judaism and Roman/Greek mythology, religious tales and mythological tales are essentially just the same thing but told in different ways to make it perhaps more understandable or appealing for certain groups, to explain reality in various ways or simply to entertain. An example would be Hercules from Greek/Roman mythology being the mythological equivalent to the bulky Biblical, but good-hearted, (yet short-tempered), brute, Samson.

Like I said, they only did it for themselves, (they wanted the spotlight if not power over others even if they don't do crap with their own children, who like Derpy are SPECIAL), and nothing else.
Who knows, maybe there are some special kids or fans of MLP:FIM who think of Derpy as their favorite, {pre-vocal change}, because she is the most relatable for them I'm sure, and guess who the heck ruined it? A bunch of worthless, selfish, clueless/idiotic 'mothers' who claim what they did was right but it was only for instant-self-gratification, and only that.

I take it that Soccer Mom complaint was 'mothers' complaining or protesting about Derpy sounding overall 'offensive' to their supposedly special children. Yeah, some parents they are, preventing even a kids' TV network from having a lovable background character bear a voice reminiscent of the special kid's voice. They just want spotlight or power over others while being lazy with their child I'll bet.

Yeah, Celestia's perhaps a bit too optimistic or lenient and 'Hakuna Matata' imo, and this is coming from someone who essentially tends to set Pinkie Pie as his least favorite of the mane 6, (but I think that's starting to change slowly).
Over the weekend or rather yesterday I think, I watched the Tank episode, Troubleshoes, and Smooze episode. With the Tank episode it feels as though Rainbow never directly dealt with the Winter/hibernatio concept with Tank prior and didn't she get him in like season 1 or 2? She was acting like a brat to an extent, but for the most part she was denying the truth and in turn frustrated with it.
With the Troubleshoes episode, it's not surprising his 'last name' is Clyde, as in Clydesdale, an equine breed known for its tremendous size. And yeah, he is an absolute klutz on those big hooves of his but naturally one would think it bad luck if they were raised and taught traditional beliefs given his cutie mark.
As for the Smooze episode, (while I haven't seen the Photo Finish episode in a long time), I think this episode's name should be "Green isn't your color" because that color is EVERYWHERE, and it's obviously an episode on jealousy/envy in a way; jealousy in terms of you not being able to spend time with a friend cause they're spending time with another friend, privately. The smooze was green, Tree Hugger was green, etc etc. Also, admittedly I didn't notice the MGS reference at first but when I saw the exclamation and noticed the box, I did briefly rewind to watch it. And of course Pinkie Pie would notice something out of the ordinary, (twitch or not), because she's the pony of randomness in the group.
I did enjoy the latter two episodes honestly. I kinda skipped through most of the Tank episode though since I kinda knew where it was going and part of me just found it a little stupid, (partly because I was trying to figure out how the heck Rainbow could have Tank for so long and NOT have a winter with him or deal with the hibernation thing until now). Also, the reason tortoises hibernate is obviously because of their cold-blooded bodies, for they are reptiles. If I'm correct, reptiles don't do well in the cold; they do even worse than mammals, for, (as I learned in a Magic School Bus book years ago), they tend to 'slow down' in bitter, freezing temperatures, hence Tank's fatigue or lack of energy.

I will say, the MLP comic reference is rather clever. I myself have the volume that cover is a part of and the comics are pretty awesome on their own though I haven't read one since that alternate universe one and admittedly I looked up a YouTube video for the ending section to that story. ^^; Also, Reck DEFINITELY looks intimidating there. Also, does anyone know how many issues or volumes have been published since that one? Edit: The latest issue of the main thread, (main series of the comics), is about #18, the latest issue now seems to be 29 or 28. The latest volume number is 7, (this is all according to Wikipedia but by checking barnesandnoble.com it is proven), with 7 seemingly being released just two days ago. Well I know one thing I'm gonna ask for my birthday, (or rather two ).

Is the jelly thing permanent by the way? (I suppose it would be. ^^; Running VERY fast for Autumn is like putting an ice cube on a heating/hot plate, it's gonna melt).
I myself can't think of a back-story for Vlad especially in detail aside from maybe him getting his bat powers from a cursed...collar he found somewhere, (and yes, it's red). As for Marilyn, the Siren song is the only one that would need a back-story but....SCIENCE! is the reason there.

I feel like a fool right now. Yesterday afternoon, (thanks to getting a waiver from my teacher about a month ago that gave us 2 free tickets to any show in the 2014/2015 season of a certain theater in my state's capital), my dad took me to see "Addams Family Musical" on stage, and of course while there were some parts cut out, (it was a fine theater but obviously not Broadway but fine by me), it was...breathtakingly bone-chilling. They even gave a reference to the original series if not the two live-action films starring Raul Julia as Gomez and Christopher Lloyd as Fester by, at the start of 1st act, the maestro using one of his hands on a board in front of the audience, (between the audience and pit), to impersonate Thing, (the disembodied hand), and at the start of the 2nd, someone else used I think a wig, hat, and shades to represent Cousin Itt. (Think a midget with a REALLY big long hair wig surrounding him completely and he doesn't talk normally). But anyway, the reason I feel like a fool is that, while singing the songs in the shower to myself, (I usually sing in the shower and get distracted cause I love music), I thought to myself maybe I could try auditioning for Addams Family Musical since I remembered the same theater I did Christmas Carol at was doing it this year, in June, BUT just a few moments ago, I realized that auditions for it...were last month. (I would've gone for the role of Lucas since I'm too young for Gomez obviously), and I mistook the audition date of AFM for another musical, (Grease which I wouldn't mind being in), at a different theater. Realizing this made me also realize that around the time of the auditions, when I should've mentioned it or insisted on going, I was too focused on other things. (I can't exactly name them honestly). I just feel like a fool in short, cause I think I missed a grand opportunity. (Granted I took an opportunity to audition for Sweeney Todd as I mentioned but that failed, as did my attempt at auditioning for the school's AFM, but still.) Heck, apparently the guy who played Fester Addams at the performance has been in some musicals at this nearby theater. The last play of the season is a 'musical' about Patsy Cline, and this one friendship she had with another woman, starring some of her songs such as the only one I know, "Crazy". Even though next season, I'll be in college for the first time, I've GOT to remember to audition for any musicals or plays that have an age range that'll fit me. (I once tried to audition for a play there that was based on a story by Agatha Christie, so of course I didn't get a role). P.S. I got pictures with Gomez & Morticia Addams, Lucas & Wednesday, and Uncle Fester but unfortunately not Lurch nor this guy who played a dancing ancestor or 'dancestor' dressed in a WW1/1920's military outfit.
