I voted Teddy. I thought it'd be a cute name. But of course, Cinnamon is still winning.

^ Yeah, I heard about that. Actually, a tape master was already made and was going to be sold in 1989, but Disney was so focused on The Little Mermaid that they forgot about it.
Random Fact #1,731
There is one Disney animated show that ran shorter than The Wuzzles...Raw Toonage, at twelve episodes.

Here are some facts regarding Disney, mainly One Saturday Morning.
Random Fact #1,705:
The only real change Disney did to their version of Doug was slapping its name on it. All of the other changes were made by Jumbo Pictures, Doug's production studio. The changes were made to reflect how time had past since the Nickelodeon finale, but the theme song was changed due to copyrights.
Random Fact #1,706:
There were two stories about how Billy West left Doug. One is because he didn't like the changes, another being because of pay concerns. I spoke to Billy West at a convention recently, and he confirmed that he left because Disney wasn't paying him enough for the work he was going to do on the show. He later said at an older convention that he "couldn't watch" Disney's Doug.
Random Fact #1,707
Although Recess and Pepper Ann premiered on the same day, depending on your area, Recess premiered first- on August 31, 1997 in primetime. However, some ABC stations were still covering Princess Diana's death and didn't air it. The areas that were covering it before the show was going to premire for its "sneak peek" aired it.
Random Fact #1,708
Pepper Ann was originally pitched to Nickelodeon.
Random Fact #1,709
101 Dalmatians: The Series was the first show on One Saturday Morning to get a line of McDonalds' toys, in December 1997 to January 1998. The first OSM series to get toys at a fast food resturaunt in general was Disney's Doug, at Jack-In-The-Box in 1996.
Random Fact #1,710
"Weekend at Muriel's" is April Winchell's (Miss Finster, though I think everyone here knows here mostly as Cruella) favorite Recess episode.
Random Fact #1,711
Pepper Ann was the first Disney animated show to use digital coloring- beginning with it's second season in 1998. The first Disney show to use digital coloring from its first episode was Mickey Mouse Works in 1999.
Random Fact #1,712
A Goofy Movie was the first movie based on a Disney animated television series (Kind of. It's in the same universe as Goof Troop, but it's considered to be in a different continuity) to be released on DVD, in 2000, five years after the movie was released in theaters and released on video. The first movie based on a Disney animated series to be released on DVD the same day as its video was Recess: School's Out.
Random Fact #1,713
Out of all six (Eight counting T.J.'s two replacement voice actors) main cast members for Recess, Pamela Adlon (Spinelli) was the only one who wasn't a kid.
Random Fact #1,714
On 101 Dalmatians: The Series, the show has had five cast members who were kids. When recording began in 1996, Justin Shenkarow (Patch) was sixteen, Toran Caudell (Tripod) was fourteen, Francesca Smith (Amber) and Rachel Crane (Ivy) were eleven, and Ryan O'Donohue (Bill Fences) was twelve.
Random Fact #1,715
The oldest member of the kid cast on Recess when recording began in 1996 was Anndi McAffee (Ashley A.), at seventeen. The youngest of the original cast members (Before new voice actors came in) was Courtland Mead (Gus), at nine. The youngest overall beginning in 1997 when recording for season two began was Andrew Lawrence (T.J. from season two onwards), also at nine.
Random Fact #1,716
Ryan O'Donohue was originally going to voice Gus Griswald on Recess. The role ended up going to Courtland Mead, but Ryan O'Donohue became the voice of Randall and Digger Dave.
Random Fact #1,717
The only movie from OSM's "Wave 2" (2000-2002) released in theaters was Teacher's Pet.
Random Fact #1,718
The first show on One Saturday Morning to end was Jungle Cubs, on January 10, 1998. The final show on OSM to end was Teamo Supremo (Also the final show to debut on the block) on March 7, 2004.
Random Fact #1,719
The only One Saturday Morning series nominated for a Kids' Choice Award was Recess, for the first UK awards. Oddly, it was nominated in 2007- six years after the show ended. It didn't win- it lost to SpongeBob Squarepants (What's new?)
Random Fact #1,720
Hercules: The Animated Series was the final show by Disney to premiere in first-run syndication.
Random Fact #1,721
Kim Possible: So the Drama was originally going to be released theatrically. However, because Teacher's Pet bombed in the box office (Due to poor marketing), it premiered as a Disney Channel Original Movie instead.
Random Fact #1,722
Doug's 1st Movie, Toy Story 2, Recess: School's Out, Return to Neverland, and The Jungle Book 2 were planned to be released direct-to-video, but were released in theaters instead. Both TS2 and RSO got a production overhaul when they were both announced for theaters, while the others were released as they were.
Random Fact #1,723
The first Disney film to use digital coloring was The Rescuers Down Under in 1990.
Random Fact #1,724
It took fourteen years to get Phineas and Ferb on the air.
Random Fact #1,725
Pepper Ann started out as comics in YM in the early 1990s.
Random Fact #1,726
The only shows from One Saturday Morning still being played in repeats currently on US television are 101 Dalmatians: The Series and Jungle Cubs on Disney Junior. The only shows from The Disney Afternoon still being played in repeats on US television are Gargoyles on Disney XD and Timon and Pumbaa and 101 Dalmatians: The Series on Disney Junior (Though by the time 101D: TAS premiered, the name of the block was dropped)

Great ideas, Belchic! I actually e-mailed Disney with ideas for shows from One Saturday Morning to be released on DVD, and they didn't send me their usual automated response, so I wonder... Though if Disney would release DVD sets of OSM shows, I would like it if they released them chronologically, so Disney's Doug would be first because it premiered in 1996. After that would be Jungle Cubs, which also premiered in 1996. 101 Dalmatians: The Series aired for two weeks in syndication first, so they would be next. Pepper Ann and Recess premiered on the same day, so they could be released on the same day. And so on. Possibly Mickey Mouse Works and House of Mouse could share the same DVD set- it would be a House of Mouse, but the shorts that never made it to HoM and only aired on MMW could be part of the bonus features. Hopefully, this would include "Minnie Takes Care of Pluto", the banned episode. However, knowing Disney, House of Mouse would probably come first, since it's a Mickey Mouse property. After that would probably be Recess, since it was a pretty big sleeper hit for them. Because both of those shows are considered their most popular, they'd be released first. Why? Well, it's green. And wrinkly. And another thing I'd be scared about- knowing Disney nowadays, they'd release 101D: TAS in a sucky bare-bones (No pun intended) release exclusive to the Disney Movie Club. I REALLY hope they don't do that. Those DVDs have mediocre quality, no bonus features, and syndication edits. They're almost as bad as the Disney Afternoon DVD sets. Oh, and another idea, Belchic. You know when you mentioned the two versions? I think for bonus features, the adult collector sets should contain audio commentaries, the series pilot (Clips of it were shown at the beginning of the live-action film as part of an ABC ad.), a "Making of" featurette, storyboards, character model sheets, and promotional spots (No pun intended) for the show. The kids set would probably contain a sing-a-long to the theme song, some minigames, a trivia game, and a personality quiz to see which member of the main pups (And Spot) you're most like. One more thing Disney could do to get high sales- release them during November-December, as they'll get a lot of profits from Holiday sales! And I love the idea for the cover art

I thought Crystal Empire was good, but Sombra was kind of a letdown for me. Heck, I think Gak (From those stupid commercials that ran every commercia break) got more screentime than Sombra!

* In 102 Dalmatians, if you look closely during the scene where Chloe and Kevin see all the puppies in LePelt's basement, there are a few brown-spotted Dalmatian puppies.
