"Screwed by the Network"? You must go on TV Tropes. It's my fave site ;D
Double Dare Original Run: 1978-2000 (Nick) 1980's (FoxFamily) Reruns: 2003-2008 (Nick GaS; please note that this station is now TeeNick) Reason: The final incarnation, "Double Dare 2000" got terrible ratings, and thus it was pulled. The reruns ended when Nick GaS was changed into The N (TeeNick as of `09)
Wishbone Original Run: 1995-1998 Reruns: Depends on your local PBS station Reason: Soccer, the dog that played Wishbone, died in `98 (he was around 10 or 11, which can be quite old for a dog)
Hey Arnold! Original Run: 1996-2003 Reruns: 2003-2005 (Nick), 2003-2007 (Nicktoons) Reason: The movie did terribly in theaters, and the creator was working on another Nick show, entitled The Patakis, which focused on Helga 5 years into the future. Nick and Nick@Nite said no. It was then pitched to MTV, and they thought it was too similar to Daria. The show got scrapped all together.
All That Original Run: 1994-2005 Reruns: 2007 (The N/TeeNick) Reason: Season 10 bombed.

Oh, so now we know why Barney re-runs took up Wishbone's place.

You're wrong about Wishbone, the show was ended volunteerily in 1998 because the show's child actors simply aged out of their roles. Soccer is dead but he passed away in 2001 after the show had already ended.

The Flintstones Original run: 1960-1966 Reason: Fans still love the first two seasons of the show, but some fans claim a problem occurred once they introduced Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm. However, it still seemed to have the momentum to continue for at least three more seasons; but by Season 6, the introduction of the Great Gazoo--a down-to-earth show now featuring a fantastic space alien creature that only Fred and Barney can see--caused many people to tune out on the show, feeling the series officially Jumped the Shark.

Pee-wee's Playhouse Original run: 1986-1990 Reason: Pee-wee's Playhouse was a highly successful show for CBS. After having run for five seasons, CBS wanted the show to come back for a sixth season, but at the time Paul Reubens was experiencing a burnout of the show and wanted to move on. Together they mutually agreed to end the show after 5 seasons of 45 episodes.
The show continued in reruns until 1991, when Paul Reubens got in legal trouble over public indecency.

Sabrina The Teenage Witch Original run: 1996-2003 Reruns:2003-2005 (Nick) 2003+ (TeenNick/ABCFamily) Reason: When the show moved to The WB from ABC, ratings plummeted

Little Wizards Original run: 1987-1988 Reason: Little Wizards was doomed to becoming a very obscure show considering it shared a timeslot--and sunk in the ratings--against CBS's ratings juggernaut Pee-wee's Playhouse.
Alvin and the Chipmunks Original run: 1983-1990 Reruns: 1993-1995 (Cartoon Network), 1995-1997 (Nickelodeon), 1998-2001 (Cartoon Network) (Ruby-Spears episodes, two specials and Fred Wolf episodes only. The DIC episdoes and the "Go to the Movies" episodes were not part of the syndication package because Time Warner did not have the rights to air them) Reason: No matter what I look for, I can't seem to find a definitive answer on why the show was canceled. But I have three possible theories:
1: The series enjoyed a long, healthy life on NBC during the 1980s. But by the time the series finished Season 7, after having been on the air for so long Ross Bagdasarian Jr. and Janice Karman thought the show had gone as far as it could go and wanted to try a reinvention: so they came up with a movie parody idea called The Chipmunks Go to the Movies for Season 8, which ran in 1990. The idea didn't work considering the show didn't come back for another season.
2: The series enjoyed a long, healthy life on NBC during the 1980s. But by the time the series finished Season 7, Ross Bagdasarian Jr. and Janice Karman were told though the executives at NBC they wanted the eighth season to feature a series of movie parodies. The idea didn't work for the show to keep running.
3: The series enjoyed a long, healthy life on NBC during the 1980s. But by the time the series finished Season 7, after having been on the air for so long Ross Bagdasarian Jr. and Janice Karman thought the show had gone as far as it could go and wanted to cancel it. But though corporate meddling NBC ordered an eighth season and they did a movie parody idea to fulfill the contract and (hopefully) get the show's ratings low enough to the point the show would be canceled. It worked.

I would have to correct you on the show's runtime, Trey.
The show played in reruns on FOX from 1989-1993, and I don't think it was ever shown anywhere else again until 1995 when they started showing it on Nickelodeon, then it moved to Cartoon Network in 1998, and it was taken off the air in 2001.

This is going to be a LONG one...
Histeria! Original run: 1998-2000 Reason: Histeria! was one of the most underrated shows produced by the WB; the fact it was being treated like crap didn’t help. How? Here goes:
1: The show came out in 1998, the same year Pokemon was released in the US, and for the most part went unnoticed. 2: It was constantly being bumped around the Kids’ WB!’s Saturday morning lineup so it was hard to keep track of when it was on. 3: Eventually the suits at the WB pulled it from the Saturday morning lineup and aired it on school days. This sounds like a good idea (and ratings wise, it would make sense), problem is, it came on after Pokemon. This is not a bad deal on its own, but on a school day it came on too late for kids to really watch it (‘cause well, they had to be in school and would otherwise be late); and on a vacation day it came on too early for kids to want to wake up and watch it (it would give kids a break from school and they’d want to get some sleep). So, it was forced to depend on the ratings from the odd sick kid who couldn’t go to class and just happened to not be asleep. 4: The series was planned to have a complete syndication package of 65 episodes, the magic number for syndication. Unfortunately, the show reportedly went $10 million overbudget, and it was forced to end at only 52 episodes.
Side note: In terms of reruns, the series only aired on Kids’ WB!. Unlike Tiny Toon Adventures, Taz-Mania, Batman: the Animated Series, Animaniacs, Pinky and the Brain, etc. it never moved to Nickelodeon or Cartoon Network.

Mega Man Original Run: 1994-1995 (Syndication) Reason: This show ran for 2 seasons. A third season was planned, but the show was canceled due to budget constraints, despite the fact that it had respectably high ratings.

New show that was canceled:
Allen Gregory Original run: 2011-2012 Reason: Just was not a very popular show. The cartoon series about Napoleon Dynamite will be taking its place.

Here is another entry I can add:
The Cleveland Show Original Run: 2009-2013 Reason: After Fox canceled King of the Hill this Family Guy spin-off series took its place. It was ultimately the least popular of the Seth MacFarlane Fox series and never achieved the high success of Family Guy or American Dad!, and put up the weakest ratings. During Season 4 rumors were spreading that the show was canceled, but on April 17, 2013 Fox denied this. One month later, they announced the show was indeed over. They did however say that after the show was over Cleveland, his son, second wife and stepchildren would leave Stoolbend to move back to Quahog, making them characters on Family Guy.
Now that Family Guy was canceled and was bought back, and American Dad! was facing cancellation but was ultimately saved, The Cleveland Show would be legitimately canceled. At the same time, because Cleveland and his family are now featured characters on Family Guy this means The Cleveland Show is now the one Seth MacFarlane series to not have any real chance of a revival.

Littlest Pet Shop Original Run: 2012-2016 on The Hub Network + Discovery Family Reason: While the show did have high ratings and a very large fan base, it was the lack of toy sales that forced Hasbro to cancel the series after its fourth season.

Wander Over Yonder Original Run: 2013-2016 Reason: The first season of the show ran on Disney Channel, but the second season aired on Disney XD causing the show's ratings to drop significantly, and the slow production and oddball time slot didn't help much. This ultimately led to Craig McCracken canceling the show.

Well, Craig did want to make a third and possibly final season of the show, but everyone blames Disney for the Cancellation of the show, and now there are petitions to make a third season.
