AnimaniacsOriginal run-1993-1998 Reruns-1999-2001 (CN and Nick), 2003-2005 (Nicktoons) Reason: With so many episodes made, the writers probably ran out of ideas. So the last few episodes turned out to be random music videos and the finale being a clip show. for Animaniacs, it wasn't due to lack of ideas but rather to network interference (in this case it was Jaime Kellner whom had Animaniacs canceled as well as Freakazoid with the reasoning being they weren't getting the audience he wanted, he also interfered with Pinky and the Brain leading to the 13 episode disaster Pinky, Elmyra, and the Brain)

UniKitty! Original run: 2017-2020 Reason: This series was based on the popular film The Lego Movie and enjoyed a successful run on Cartoon Network, but in the end was canceled for a few reasons:
1: The series had a long delay in air time due to the fact they didn't want to overexpose the brand for the eventual release of the 2019 sequel The Lego Movie 2: the Second Part.
2: The series had a set of Lego sets based on the show, but they apparently didn't sell well and were canceled after one wave.
3: The 2014 animated feature The Lego Movie was a very successful movie for the WB, but the other Lego movies they made afterwards began to show a steep decline in profits. The Lego Batman Movie got even better reviews and still made money, but The Lego Ninjago Movie got middling reviews and was a box-office disappointment. Even the 2019 sequel The Lego Movie 2: the Second Part disappointed at the box-office despite getting good reviews.
4: With the Lego movie profits drying up, they felt they had to move on and did so with the Hanna-Barbera Cinematic Universe.
5: The WB sold the rights to the Lego movies to Universal and now no longer have the rights.
6: For the show itself, they probably took the series and the characters as far as it could go.
Side note is there was going to be a sequel to The Lego Batman Movie, but now that Universal has the rights to the franchise and the DC Comics characters are owned by Time Warner, it's future is uncertain unless Universal and the WB can come to some sort of agreement.

Here is another entry I can add: The Cleveland ShowOriginal Run: 2009-2013 Reason: After Fox canceled King of the Hill this Family Guy spin-off series took its place. It was ultimately the least popular of the Seth MacFarlane Fox series and never achieved the high success of Family Guy or American Dad!, and put up the weakest ratings. During Season 4 rumors were spreading that the show was canceled, but on April 17, 2013 Fox denied this. One month later, they announced the show was indeed over. They did however say that after the show was over Cleveland, his son, second wife and stepchildren would leave Stoolbend to move back to Quahog, making them characters on Family Guy. Now that Family Guy was canceled and was bought back, and American Dad! was facing cancellation but was ultimately saved, The Cleveland Show would be legitimately canceled. At the same time, because Cleveland and his family are now featured characters on Family Guy this means The Cleveland Show is now the one Seth MacFarlane series to not have any real chance of a revival. I can add to this one. For the first two seasons of this Family Guy spin-off show, it was Adored By The Network. Starting with Season 3, it became Screwed By The Network. All the listed factors are valid, but in 2011 Fox was going to introduce Loren Bouchard's mature animated series Bob's Burgers, which took their original post- Simpsons timeslot. The Cleveland Show for Seasons 3 and 4 was bumped up to air before The Simpsons and then it would stop getting promoted. Yo Yogi!Original run: 1991-1991 Reason: Crap. Where do I start with this one? 1: This series was made with the intention of being another of Hanna-Barbera's Muppet Babies copycats, featuring classic cartoon characters as kids. For this show, Yogi and his friends Boo Boo, Cindy Bear, Snagglepuss and Huckleberry Hound, were cast as a crime-fighting detective agency working for Security Guard Smith in Jellystone Mall. However, you'd have to have ignored all continuity for this to make any sense; for one, did they tear down the Mall to build the park? 2: At the time, NBC no longer had their classic 80s cartoons like The Smurfs or Alvin and the Chipmunks and this was part of a not-worthy replacement line-up. 3: It was so over-the-top 90s it hurt. 4: It was a massive ratings bomb. This show just did not attract viewers, who wisely chose to watch anything but this show. In an effort to get some better ratings, they made a deal with Kellogg's to promote the show with a pair of 3-D glasses in boxes of Rice Krispies. When kids watched the show, usually when they were about to go to a chase sequence the signal to wear the glasses came when Yogi would throw his hat up and spin it; afterwards 3-D mayhem would ensue. Yogi and his friends may have jumped off-screen, but the ratings were still flat, and the show was canceled a few months later. This teen incarnation of Yogi would appear as part of The Funtastic World of Hanna-Barbera, but that would be it. Nowadays, you'd probably have to debate over whether this series or the 2010 movie was the nadir of Yogi's career. You want to know something really weird? You can actually buy this series on iTunes!

Bewitched Original run: 1964-1972 Reason: This series was a very popular and iconic show, one that almost comes to mind when asked to name a memorable 60s show. There were a few factors that led to its cancellation though:
The series was in danger of being cancelled in 1969, due to the fact that early on Elizabeth Montgomery, who played Samantha Stephens, fell out of love with the role early on and continued to play the part as a job. She wanted to quit but stayed after getting a hefty pay raise. It was this along with the fact that d**k York suffered a back injury and was replaced by d**k Sargent for the last three seasons (hence the trope "The Other Darrin").
By the early 70s, ratings were in decline, but that wasn't the only contributor as by that time Elizabeth Montgomery simply got tired of the role and wanted to quit. It was that along with the fact that her marriage to show director William Asher was crumbling and it became dicey for them both to appear together on set.

Disney's Muppet Babies (2018) Original run: 2018-2022 Reason: This revival of the classic 80s cartoon Jim Henson's Muppet Babies was a well-received show and got many award nominations. In October 2020, Jeffery Scott, who developed the original show, sued Disney for copyright infringement and fraud, saying he was not offered work on the new show or received pay for his original ideas. Thankfully this suit didn't stop Season 3 from it's original air date, but it was stuck solely on the Disney Junior sub-channel instead of airing on Disney Channel's Disney Junior block. Disney did retaliate saying he has nothing to support his claim and the suit was thrown out in April 2021.
Because of the limited exposure for Season 3, ratings declined and the show was canceled.

But to be honest, what was the point of Minerva Mink?

That's So Raven Original run: 2003-2007 Reason: This show was a very popular Disney Channel series; it helped give the Disney Channel a new voice and helped put Raven Simone on the map.
However, after being on the air for 4 years, it had to be cancelled simply because with what it was supposed to be the actors were just aging out of their roles.

Since Belchic covered the 2010 version, I might as well cover the 80s version
Pound Puppies Original run: 1986 - 1987 Reason: The first season was good, but the second season was heavily interfered with by the watchdog group Q5 whom changed just about everything for season 2 such as removing secondary antagonist Captain Slaughter entirely from the series, turning Bright Eyes into a kid, almost removing Howler, changing the looks of both Holly and Brattina, changing the ownership of the pound from Holly running it to Katrina Stoneheart running it and making the pound look like a prison, and entirely changing Nose Marie in looks and character (season 1 Nose Marie was a sultry southern belle whom was the second in command and sometimes takes over leadership when Cooler isn't around, season 2 she becomes overly motherly and even loses her southern belle look for a 50s TV mom look complete with dress and apron). as a result of this, the series was cancelled after season 2.
The Real Ghostbusters Original run: 1986 - 1991 Reason: While the first two seasons of the show was good (as well as the syndicated episodes, season 3 however began Q5 interfering with the series by claiming they were "fixing" it, also didn't help that Bill Murray offhandedly remarked that Peter Venkman sounded like Garfield, so the network decided to recast Peter Venkman's voice from Lorenzo Music to Dave Coulier, also Q5 pushed Slimer into the main character slot and making the Ghostbusters themselves into minor characters since Q5 was convinced the kids loved Slimer when they obviously didn't, also Janine was recast as well from Laura Summer to Kath Soucie (now don't get me wrong, Kath is a good voice actress and all.) and they made her overly emotional and too motherly. Q5 also introduced the Junior Ghostbusters who didn't last that long since they were convinced kids needed to be represented by kids in their shows. Q5 tried to salvage things by bringing two characters from the movie Ghostbusters into the series (Louis Tully and in one episode Walter Peck), they even spun off Slimer in his own series that would air alongside The Real Ghostbusters and retitled "Slimer and The Real Ghostbusters" and even gave Slimer his own antagonist, a scientist named Dr. Dweeb whom tries to capture Slimer and is assisted by his dog, also Dweeb even crossed over into a Real Ghostbusters episode and the animation styles obviously clashed. Also, they resorted to making parodies and references to popular shows at that time (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and The Simpsons, also of note while the ghosts parodying The Simpsons resembled Homer, Marge, Bart, and Lisa, their characterizations however were of the characters from Married with Children). Also Q5's changes to the series caused head writer J. Michael Straczynski to leave the show after his disagreement with how the show was going. The season was cancelled in 1991

My Pet Monster Original run: 1987-1987 Reason: During the mid 1980s many toys were highly popular and sold very well. However, during a time when other very popular and still heavy-sought after toys like Cabbage Patch Kids, My Little Pony, Transformers and G.I. Joe were getting too pricey for the average consumer, we needed a cheaper alternative. So there was a time where if it was sick and disgusting it was cool.
This series was based on the popular stuffed doll from AmToy, being that it was like a more grotesque teddy bear. Having had a direct-to-video movie in that year, this unrelated cartoon would see air time on ABC courtesy of Nelvana. This was in hard contrast to Garbage Pail Kids (which was supposed to air on CBS but never made it to air following a petition that went cross-country) and Madballs (which was aborted after just one episode).
However, in a case of "toy was hot, show was not", this series ended production after only one season of 13 episodes. On the upside, the toy would continue to sell well into the early 1990s.
In addition, most of the voice cast would reunite for the Beetlejuice cartoon series.

My Little Pony: Make Your Mark Original Run: 2022-2023 Reason: This was intended to be the main series that represented Generation 5 of My Little Pony, but it was a very expensive series to make due to its high quality CGI animation. There were intentions to give it a third season, but because its ratings on Netflix were too low to maintain this expensive series, it was decided to pull the plug on it after the second season and continue on with the much cheaper "My Little Pony: Tell Your Tale" as a continuation of the story.
My Little Pony: Tell Your Tale Original Run: 2022-2024 Reason: It just wasn't a very popular show. Most Bronies hated it, and Hasbro was forced to cancel it without giving it a proper finale.
