The Disney Plus Twitter has even stated that there shall be future Announcements!
Considering Disney is literally putting every thing else on Disney Plus, we can be certain that they shall announce it in future posts.
Attractions Magazine have even stated the Shows shall be on, too.
You & I attended the Disney Plus Panel, at D 23, they showed a lot of Non-Lauch Titles during that Panel, too; such as a number of Marvel Shows, the Lizzie Mcguire Revival, and numerous Films.
Like M. M. Says; They have announced Launch Titles, But that means that more is likely to come after launch, too.
You have seen all the articles saying so, have you?

101 Dalmatian Street got confirmed for Disney Plus at the same time as Bluey, and if you haven't noticed, Bluey hasn't been listed on any of these sites yet either. Be patient.

Yes, I did read that the article said this was everything planned at launch, which could indicate that it may come later. But the thing is, I have been waiting long enough for this series, and Disney has been continuing to troll me about this series for a year now, and I’m sick of it! I am sick of waiting! Why doesn’t Disney just cut the crap and tell us the truth already? If they don’t want to air it in the US, then why don’t they just say, “It’ll never come to the US”?
All that stuff you shared with me, bab, that are pointing to the series coming to Disney+ (including the Annecy Film Festival) I’m sure is severely outdated. It could be possible that they changed their minds at the last minute. Also, they did not say a thing about 101 Dalmatian Street at the panel at D23, and you were even there with me to know I’m right about that!
Look, I’m going through a lot of stress right now because I’m still recovering over the cancellation of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic on top of still being unemployed, and that guy on DeviantArt I ranted about three years ago has me blocked again! And now, I hear this bad news! Don’t you think I got enough stress to deal with???
The only thing I see in that article that might be a sign is it says that list is “BASICALLY EVERYTHING”, so it could be possible that’s not even a full list.
Well, I guess I’ll never know. The only way I’ll be able to find out is to wait until November 12 when the service launches and find out for myself. Since I’m the only person on this board who will be getting Disney+ on its launch (as far as I know), I will be the one to let you all know if they have it or not.

Indeed, the article that I've read is alright, I've found some films and TV shows that I've really enjoyed and wouldn't mind watching again, as I just told Two-Tone, there's a movie I wouldn't mind watching again despite it being a tearjerker called. "Tru Confessions." It really hits close to home with me cause I have a disability as well, I also plan on watching the films I deem interesting and haven't watched before that would catch my attention. Which is good. The only thing I don't know is that we'll be getting the first TV Series, I can't say what you, TT, and everyone else says because I don't know if it's true or not, but again I'm not going to say I'm very doubtful about it either.

I just had a thought; We Know that they are testing Disney Plus in the Neatherlands, and we Know “101 Dalmatians The Series” is one of the Shows on it! So, we Know they are in favour of putting “101 Dalmatians The Series” on Disney Plus!
Maybe, they are waiting for all of the first Season of “101 Dalmatian Street” to air, in the U K, before posting that and “101 Dalmatians The Series” up.
Post both “101 Dalmatians” Shows at the same time?
That sound possible, Pups!?

I thought the first season was already done in the UK. And I thought you said Disney+ wasn’t going to let us binge watch the series and instead air the episodes weekly.

It's important to keep in mind that even if 101 Dalmatian Street isn't there at launch, it's not the end of the world. It may actually be BETTER for the show. You see, platforms like Disney Plus need to CONSTANTLY add new content. Every month, they need new shows. They need to keep audiences engaged. To keep subscribers happy. If 101 Dalmatian Street is a launch title, chances are it would be lost in the hundreds of other shows that are on the platform and most casual audiences wouldn't even watch it. But if they wait a month or two? They can put out a shiny press release in December or Janury listing 101 Dalmatian Street as a new cartoon arriving on the platform. They could afford to give it some marketing, some hype, and people would be curious to see the new shows getting added so they'd be more inclined to watch it.
So I'm actually hoping that it isn't there when the service goes live. Give it a bit of time so that it can breathe.

Like I post; I think it is most likely that they are waiting for all of the first Season to air in the U K, before it airs on Disney Plus, and in the U K, we have, at least, Eight more Half Hour Episodes to Air.
Chances are, all of Season One shall have aired by Christmas, which means it shall be added to Disney Plus, either as a Christmas Bundle, or even for 2020!
Another possible case is, they could be adding the "101 Dalmatian Street" Shorts first, before they post up the first Season, too!
Like every one posts, give it time.
Though, Season One is currently on Pause; there any word of when the Season shall resume, Pups!?
