Look, I know lots of people are saying the show is canceled, but unless we hear any confirmation of a new season or not by February 22, nothing is official yet.

Alright well I had a much longer post but accidentally hit backspace somehow and it all got deleted but hey what can you do. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Anyway, Smiley's evidence for the show being cancelled has already been posted in this thread, Belchic . But since you forgot: the only evidence suggesting that there would be a season 2 was a post on the writer's website saying that they had wrote 7 episodes so far, and would continue on season 2. However, this mention of season 2 was then removed, and is no longer on the current version of their website.

Also, all of the show runners have left the show. They've updated their resumes and left to work on other stuff. I've scoured linkedin and I can't find anybody who says they're still working on 101 Dalmatian Street in 2020. Gigglebug, the producers of the show, are now making a Yeti cartoon for Disney+. Atomic Cartoons refused to even comment on the status of season two, saying they were simply a middle-man, and there's that twitter account dedicated to getting the show a second season and some of the former staff retweeted their campaign tweets begging Disney for a second season. Do you think those former staff would retweet those tweets if the show was already getting a second season?
Disney didn't support the show at all in the United States. It quietly dropped on Disney+ one day and we only knew about it in advance because Delgado's voice actor leaked the info. Disney didn't even bother to include it in their "new shows coming this month" press release. There hasn't been a single bit of new merchandise in Europe since the initial toys dropped. Only three books were written, being exclusive to France and Germany. If the show were getting a second season one would have expected the merchandise train to keep rolling.
I know it sucks. At the start of the year I was under the impression that season two was guaranteed. I was looking forward to more episodes. But as the months pass, the writing on the wall grew clearer and clearer.

Smiley Face, if you really want us to believe that the information you’re providing is true, then you really need to source your information. You can’t just expect us to take your word for it without legitimate proof. I know you claim that you have provided sources, but I can’t find them anywhere in this topic, and most of the links I can find are all broken links. I’ve been trying to update Wikipedia’s page saying the show was canceled providing the information you have been giving us, but every time I do, some other jerk reverts my edit back and accuses me of vandalism! All I’m saying is if you want us to legitimately believe what you’re saying, don’t just say “Trust me.” We gotta have legitimate sources in order for info like this to be legit. Word of mouth is not gonna cut it.

Erm, Bishop? The links you provided don’t work. They do work. If you're not seeing them then it's a problem on your end.

I just got the official word that the series is canceled. It’s been over a year since the finale aired in any part of the world, and nothing has been said about a second season yet, so this confirms that the show is canned.

May I ask exactly what your source is, Belchic?

May I ask exactly what your source is, Belchic? Coming from the one who never shows us sources for anything. Anyway, I saw this on Wikipedia. I know they’re not the most trustworthy source, but for the longest time, the editors have been telling me it’s not canceled, but now the page says it is.

Erm...I do show my Sources, Belchic. When I posted up Storyboards, I showed what site I found them on. When they announced Darkwing Duck, I linked the source of that article. When it came to the plan for "DuckTales" being Three Seasons, I cited the Show Creator. When they announced the Pilot of the "Live Action" Powerpuff Girls, I showed an Image of my Source.
When I posted when the Show was coming to Disney Plus, I specifically cited Delgado's Voice, and his Instagram, as my Source!
What does Wikipedia label as their Source for this?

Well, I have seen you source some of your things, bab, but most of the time, you don’t.
Anyway, Like I claim, bab, the first country to show the Season 1 finale was Belgium, and it’s been over a year since it aired there. Since then, nothing has officially been said about when Season 2 is coming if at all. Doing all the math there leads to the conclusion that the series is canceled for good. Not to mention, some of the people who worked on the show have confirmed it was canceled too (even though I still don’t see any official sources confirming this).
Does that make sense, bab?

Okay, I've done some research. The one who updated the Wikipedia Page with that Information admitted they did not have any Official Source for this. Their logic was basically; "It's been a year since the previous Season". However, having more than a year between Seasons does not automatically mean the Show has been cancelled! "Better Call Saul" had a Sixteen Month gap between Seasons. "Game Of Thrones" has had Thirteen to Twenty Month Gaps between Seasons! "Stranger Things", "The Sopranos" & "West World" have all had Twenty-One Months between Seasons! "Curb Your Enthusiasm" had Six YEARS between Seasons! That's not even taking in to account how Production on some Shows may be stalled cause of the Pandemic! So, even by the poster's own admission, they do not have any official source for this, and it's just speculation on their part! How about we wait for an actual official source?

Belchic Bab is partially right on this one. The show isn't canceled officially until there is an official announcement. However, Disney MIGHT just care so little about the show that they never even give it the dignity of an official cancellation and may just abandon it without saying anything. That's also a possibility. But I don't really think that going more than one year between seasons means that the show was abandoned.

I saw a date change before that was added in. But somebody has since apparently changed it back. And like General says, Disney may not have the dignity to even announce the show’s cancellation. Even Smiley Face has been giving out similar speculations. Also, Bishop, please delete that post.

So apparently Belchic made his post here telling us wikipedia said the series was cancelled, 5 minutes BEFORE the wikipedia page was edited to say that it was cancelled. Do you have an explanation for that, Belchic?
