I ask since a Dash Dalmatian posted this on Twitter, today. There's two possible ideas you can take from this. One; No Second Season, but Atomic Cartoons are not aware of this. Two; There will be a Second Season, but Atomic Cartoons are not the ones making it. It could be a case of; " IF there is a Second Season, we're not the ones making it". But, the phrasing does seem to suggest that Season Two is indeed in the works. This the Image, you were refering to, Belchic?

Problem is, with right click and inspect element, any screenshot online can be faked in a matter of seconds. Atomic Cartoons has been scared to even comment on the status of season two, so it's unlikely they would break NDA by announcing that another studio is working on it. I've been following the industry for two decades now and I'm skeptical about the validity of this.

Atomic Cartoons has been scared to even comment on the status of season two, so it's unlikely they would break NDA by announcing that another studio is working on it. I've been following the industry for two decades now and I'm skeptical about the validity of this. And how do you expect any of us to believe any of this? You’ve been making all these claims that you know everything about the company and the status of the series as if you work for the company, and yet you never show us any concrete proof. Seriously, Smiley Face, you have really been getting on my nerves these past two years. You’re always making these negative speculations about the status of the series and pushing us to believe that you’re right and we’re wrong, and not to mention, you’ve also been trolling me! You can’t just make claims like this without providing any proof unless you’re having difficulties sharing that proof. I admit I’m guilty of the same thing back when I kept saying, “It’s never going to come to the US”, but I was just frustrated because I was fed up with waiting and was jealous of the people who were able to watch the show, but that’s all in the past now. The point is, I don’t think your speculations are any better than the ones made by the rest of us. Unless you can legitimately prove your point, I’m not believing a word you say. And before anyone gets on me about this: No, I am not trying to arouse drama! I am just standing my ground with counter arguments and telling my honest opinion about what Smiley Face is saying and stating the issues I have with it. I hope you can understand.

I just read this news on Facebook, bab! I didn’t want to believe it at first, but since you’re announcing it, it must be true.
Though I have several questions about this:
First of all, why did they wait two whole years to start airing it on TV here in the US?
Second, why are they even giving this show a broadcast release when they already got it on Disney+ here?
Third, what’s the point of doing this over a year after the series ended in the UK when we don’t even know if it’s going to be continuing or not?
If you ask me, it seems kinda pointless.

A lot of Disney XD's cartoons ended recently or are ending. DuckTales ends on Monday, I believe. I guess they figured they need to have some sort of "new" show on their schedule.

I think another reason they might be showing it is to promote the upcoming Cruella movie. I noticed a majority of that promo bab linked showed mostly clips from the season finale (which seems kinda cheap as it does kinda give away a major spoiler to people who haven’t seen the show). Either way, it is nice to see them try to give this series more recognition as this could definitely help raise the show’s popularity and awareness.

I shall agree that, what with the “Cruella” Film coming, that they are airing the Show to Tie-In with that.
Though, as some points out, with this, the “Cruella” Film, and a number of Books coming, are they also doing it to mark the Sixtieth Anniversary of the “Animated” “101 Dalmatians”, too?

I do have a concern though. When they start airing the show on Disney XD, does that mean they’re going to remove it from Disney+?

Is nobody going to answer my question? It’s very important. babclayman?

No, they will not. Plenty of shows are shown both places simultaneously; such as DuckTales.

I still think it’s possible they would remove it. I mean think about it: They gotta air the episodes on a schedule. So what’s the point of doing that when all the episodes are already on Disney+, which a majority of Americans have? It would probably make more sense to remove it from Disney+, but only temporarily until the season concludes on Disney XD.

Scheduling and ratings don't mean as much in streaming world. D+ only has 40 million American subscribers, and 94 million globally, so that is well below "a majority" of the USA's 330 million population. D+ also has removed almost no content since its launch, unlike Netflix.

Race is correct there; In the U K, we have Shows like Family Guy, How I Met Your Mother, Simpsons & Scrubs on Disney Plus, yet those shows are still airing on Television here, too!
I am sure the Show shall be available on both Disney Plus & Disney X D.
Though, I do wonder, why the adverts for Disney X D are showing Episodes from the latter half of Season One...unless, it is cause of Cruella’s appearance?

Indeed, the commercials seem really misleading. They act like Dylan is the lone protagonist, downplay Dolly, play up the "versus the evil DeVils" action stuff which is only like the last two episodes (with Cruella and a crazy Hunter), and pretend most of the non-Dalmatian animal characters don't exist (I haven't seen any with Fergus, Clarissa, or even Hansel etc). Disney XD has a certain audience, it's geared toward young boys compared to the more girl-focused regular Disney Channel, but it seems like the ads are trying to market the show in a way just to them in a way that doesn't really show what it is.
There's some thought Disney XD is just going to fade away into a rerun farm then eventually go off air with Disney+ now the focus. 101DS reruns are the only new program the channel has upcoming while two of its major draws, DuckTales and Big Hero 6: The Series, just ended. Pokemon isn't a Disney show but Disney XD had the rights to new episodes in its popular "Sun and Moon" era; when that series ended something made Pokemon move over to Netflix for its new "Pokemon Journeys" era rather than renew with the Mouse House.
