Just seen Frozen! I guess it is safe to say that this made sure that there was a good Animated film this year.
I was fearing the Olof was going to be the annoying Scrappy, but they were able to restrain him enough so he didn't get annoying. The songs were also really good too and the Animation was nice. I saw it in 3D and it usually had the illusion that it was snowing.
Still, good film and I give it a recommendation.
I saw at the Cinema an advertisement for a Moshi Monster film (ever heard of those?). It is a 2D film, looking like it was animated on Flash. Not really sure what to say for the plot on it though... Anyone else seen that?

I know it's late, but AniMat did review Walking with Dinosaurs.
I am quoting him:
"You know, after watching this movie, I think I understand why I said Frozen was the last animated film of 2013. It's because I wanted a little bit of hope for that year. Where even if it's littered with bad film after bad film, at least I can look back and say that it gave a fantastic ending. But then comes Walking with Dinosaurs to just... ruin it all. Like, all gone. Boom. No hope."
His scores are:
The Story: 3/10 The Animation: 10/10 The Characters: 1/10
Walking with Dinosaurs (2013) - 3/10 Bad!
If it's any consolation, we now have a whopping FIVE movies this year that got his Seal of Garbage and that means Turbo is now off his Worst List.

Didn't really have good hopes for "Walking With Dinosaurs" to begin with.
From what I gather, It is littered with Feces Jokes (probably since the voices were added at the las minute) and the cliche story. Also, big factor; It's pretty much a remake of Disney's Dinosaur...the Film that Disney likes to pretend never happened.
Also, When a Film has to put; "In 3D" in the title, considering how non-impressive 3D Films are now, that's not a good sign.
You want to watch a Good; Walking With Dinosaurs? Watch the David Attenborough Version!
Like said; There was hope with Frozen, that was the shining light in the Animated Year. Here's hoping 2014 is better for Animation, eh? I assume that Lego will be the first film that he reviews.
Also, Anyone heard that Turbo is getting an Animated Series on Netflix?

Yes I just saw the trailer for walking with dinosaurs and I knew it was going to be a piece of garbage. It looked so generic. I didn't see a speck of originality in the trailer. As for frozen or any of the other animated films of this year, I had never even heard of until Shawn said he saw it.

Frozen is worth Entry. In fact, I've seen it Twice. ;3
'Walking With Dinosaurs In 3D' though, definately generic. It shows, just because the Animation is nice, doesn't mean we won't be able to tell the story sucks, does it?

I guess we all know what AniMatt will put for his Top 5 worst. The question is...what order? I also wonder what he has to say about this year's films because a lot of them don't look very promising IMHO.

I fear about his Top Five Best! Considering what a crash that 2013 has been for Animation, I have the feeling that only two or three films will actually make it on to that list. Wouldn't there?

I think at this point, it's quite obvious what he will be picking for the Top 5 Best and Top 5 Worst.

Seems Disney is using the Big Freeze in the U.S. to their advantage. For the Weather Report, I see that Disney have decided to use it to advertise Frozen. As this image shows. As the Image says, Well Played. Isn't it?

I find it as clever, (even though I don't watch TV therefore haven't seen many ads), rather than annoying, retarded, or otherwise just plain wrong as any company except least Disney tends to use Christmas to advertise their certainly crappy products. (I wouldn't mind seeing Frozen, honestly.)

That is clever, especially how cold it's been lately.

That is clever, especially how cold it's been lately. Yeah, but we've had some heat waves down here. I'm not sure if I should consider that clever or pushing it too far. I'm guessing Disney is destined to have Frozen win that Oscar!

I think this Weather Report was on a Disney owned Network, so it is okay for Disney to advertise on it.
It's amusing too, that what happens to America is similar to the land in Frozen. It's an amusing gesture, as long as it isn't using, for example, an incident at a Construction Site to advertise Tonka!
Although, didn't Race say that The Hub did something similar with FIM?

Also, I'd say it's actually good that Disney is trying to make Frozen, (an animated strictly Disney, {as in NOT Disney-Pixar nor live action}, film), win an Oscar or SOME kind of sufficient award. Cause nowadays, about the only Disney films I see are either live-action, (I have yet to see Saving Mr. Banks and I want to), or Disney-Pixar, {which imo, have REALLY dropped in value since it's more repetition/sequels/prequels than new ideas like it USED to be}).

I gotta agree with Sweeney Terrier about Pixar. They seemed to be unbeatable at first, but then they made Cars 2, and that's where it started to fall apart.
