I don't like or dislike Nicholas Cage, but I would find the association annoying.

"Oh, it was a dream! A hideous dream. A long hideous dream. It's morning." - A Christmas Cruella, and my thoughts about the dread around the 2012 U.S. Presidential Elections I was genuinely afraid of Romney winning. I don't know if talking politics is taboo on these boards, but I'm so glad Romney didn't win and more good people were elected to join Obama.

"Oh, it was a dream! A hideous dream. A long hideous dream. Now my husband is making it too hot in the house.

I live in the UK, which is a pretty cold country. Have you considered dressing up warmly or turning the House Heating on? I do those things, but I've always done those things. I'm still cold even when walking around in layers on layers, especially outside. It doesn't help that ex locals say, "I moved because it's too cold!" for chitchat.

Anyone who lives in or near Canada, how in the heck do you stay warm? This is my first winter here, and I'm not used to it at all!

Halloween was fun, but sheesh, it's too cold here.
CANADIANS AND BORDER CANADIANS, HOW YOU DO STAY WARM?

Blu Rays are faster and are in much better quality than DVDs. Okay. Um, how so?

If you're happy and you know it, jump out the window on the highest floor of a building! If you're happy and you know it, kill yourself! Oh my god, you guys! That's a terrible idea! If you're happy and you know it, don't follow the advice here!

I still haven't figured out the difference between Blu Ray and DVDs.

Happy Halloween! I love Halloween and go all-out for it, but I don't know what entirely to do this night because it's my first Halloween where I've moved to! My guess is I'll have a complicated adventure!

I loved the original My Little Pony continuity. I didn't really care about Tales or the G3 movies. I didn't think they were horrible (except for the G3.5 "episodes"), but unlike with 101 Dalmatians, I don't consider myself a fan of everything My Little Pony. I do like toys from every version, though, minus the Newborn Cuties which aren't cute and that line of ponies with eyes that looked swollen from G1. At any rate, I first became really interested because of the G1 movie because I identified with Draggle and was around her age at the time the movie came out, and nothing in the My Little Pony franchise has yet topped the original TV specials, movie, in-series sequel, and '80s series to me. I know what you mean. Prior to Friendship is Magic, I had absolutely no interest in this franchise but that's largely because I am a guy. I'm the opposite. I gravitate toward franchises that are targeted to girls or gender neutral. The only Transformers I can name are Optimus Prime and Bumblebee, and that's only because my niece said she was going to name her kids after them. (I think she was joking.)

I have great news! I didn't die! I didn't even lose power. All we got was heavy rainfall and winds in my part of New York.
