This is the thread to discuss the animated feature films of 2018, like the other threads.
The very first one is the Aardman film Early Man, coming February 16.

I've seen the first advert of Early Man, and it's made by Aardman Animations, the same people who made Chicken Run, and more importantly Wallace and Gromit.
I may or may not see it myself. But I'm glad that Stop Motion animation is still being used, even if a majority of animated films are CGI.

Erm, Trey? The reason I made the Upcoming Animated Films topic is so we wouldn’t have to make these topics anymore so they don’t spam the board. Somebody please delete this.

Clearly you want to talk about animated films that are coming out 2-3 years in advance so you have that thread. This is for ones coming out in 2018.

If you would re-read what I said in the first post of that topic, this is what I said: Okie-doke. I know we already have a topic for the upcoming animated films of this year. You may continue to use that topic for 2017, but this topic is made especially to discuss all other upcoming animated films, and once 2017 is over, I will no longer be making new topics for each year and instead just make this topic the primary source for us to talk about upcoming animated films.

Just saw AniMatt’s review on Early Man. The Verdict?
Story: 5/10 Animation: 9/10 Characters: 6/10
Overall: 7/10 = 67%
Yeah, so it looks like we are not off to a grand start this year.

I saw it too. It's... good. Not great, but good.
Ultimately though, I think Black Panther may have killed it's chances of box-office success.

We have a Trailer, for; Wreck-It Ralph II, Pups! We see how Ralph & Vanellope are able to get in to the Internet, as well as what I assume is part of the Montage, when they are in there! If what I remember of the Story is correct, the reason that they are on E Bay is so they can get a part, for Sugar Rush, which is said to be breaking. I do notice, though; If you look in the Back Ground, of the E Bay Scene, you can see an Aladdin & Two Tangled Homages; with one auction being for Genie's Lamp, and two being for a Frying Pan and a Ceramic Unicorn! I shall claim, the Click Bait Pop Up is quite accurate. Though, I have a feeling either Olwe or Shadow may like a certain Scene, too! It does look like an intriguing Film, though, and I shall see it, when it airs! www.youtube.com/watch?v=DIBw9dSVKdUWhat you think of the Trailer, Pups!?

I did hear of this; British & German "Animated" Film called; Monster Family.
The Story is; A Family is on a Camping Trip, and then Dracula asks a Witch to turn them in to Monsters. So; The Father is like Frankenstein, The Mother is a Vampire, their Male Child is a Were Wuff and the Daughter like the Bandage Egyptian Pharoh.
It does kind of look like it is trying to work itself on; Hotel Transylvania, which does make me curious.
You hear about this Film, Pups!?

It was just announced recently that Nicholas Cage is going to be in the Teen Titans Go movie. I wonder if this is part of their scheme to try to get people to come see the movie?

This coming Friday, we are getting two animated films: Isle of Dogs and Sherlock Gnomes.
So far, Isle of Dogs is looking good. It currently has a score of 97% on Rotten Tomatoes. I’m planning to go see it.
Sherlock Gnomes currently does not have a score on Rotten Tomatoes, but I was going to pass on that one anyway since I haven’t seen the first movie, and I’m not interested in either.

Isle of Dogs I don't know if it will be coming to my local Cineplex but who knows. Sherlock Gnomes? Still lame.

I have just seen a Television Spot, for; Isle Of Dogs, some days ago, and I admit; It is the first time, I have seen the Scenes from it, outside of a Poster.
I notice, though; Is this the one, who did the Animation for the Mister Fox Film!?
